Really helpful and lovely service. Was also impressed how much was in stock. We’d really just gone in to get measured up and double check the list not expecting them to hold so much outside the warehouse.

Great service and friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for much better service. Carol and mark and a young man were all very helpful with myself and the other customer that were here. Wait time was very little and the items were fetched very easily

Very lovely friendly staff, Carol was very helpful with my daughter she went above and beyond to cater to her and find items available in her size for her to try on and was just so lovely to talk to and reassuring. We then had to return an item and order another was very quickly done and again very welcoming and friendly would highly recommend! Thank you so much 😊

First and foremost these greedy cowboys demand a mandatory (even more expensive now) £4 for delivey for mandatory school uniform. They can't organise themselves or have the decency to deliver free to schools.

Quite the scam and completely abhorrent!!

Next the products they extort families for are grossly over priced and shockingly bad quality.

The best customer service I have come across.
I live in Northampton and I called their office enquiring about their closing time and they said 5pm from where I was and to get their I was going to be very late.They told me not to worry as they were would wait for a few minutes.
A few minutes turned to more than half an hour because of traffic.They waited till I got there I was so grateful.
The customer service advisor I saw gave me the best service ever took his time to measure my son and I got the correct sizes.

Excellent company to deal with. A very efficient service and everything delivered as expected. Janet is really helpful and efficient. So refreshing to deal with a company who get everything spot on and in a reasonable timescale. We are happy with the quality of the workwear garments and the embroidery is very neat and tidy with our company logo. Excellent communication.

Dreadful quality of clothing. Honestly not fit for purpose. Really unhelpful staff and took no responsibility for poor quality even though I wasn't the only person disappointed. Therefore overpriced and poorly fitted as well as falling to pieces after a weeks wear 😡

It is very clear that this company took on more than it could handle with school uniforms. It has never had service as bad. Please stop using them schools.

What a top company! Over the years we have used A LOT of suppliers both online and off. The results and service levels have varied wildly. Being fed up with the constant change in suppliers from one garment to the next we set out on what we thought was the impossible task. To find great gear and great service locally. We met Total Clothing at the last minute before an exhibition where another supplier had let us down, we gave them the chore of a bitty order and a very tight timescale as a result... They flourished and even finished the job ahead of time. Communication was superb throughout and they really really looked after us, they didn't charge silly money like some of the online providers AND they are local which is fantastic. Most recently we were due to be at an event and due to logistics missed the store closing, James went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have shirtless staff at the event. They really saved us some embarrassment. I definitely recommend them, they really deserve the business and really deliver great products with fantastic service. Thanks so much.
