I visited Total Clothing to purchase my daughters new secondary school uniform.
Ryan Tams-Law was extremely helpful and knew what he was doing. He was confident in knowing how much uniform we needed to buy along with the sizing ready for September. He was very polite, professional, and easy to talk too especially as I didn’t know exactly what I needed.

Really helpful staff. Made to feel very welcome and advice given was greatly received. Thank you

With regards to payment methods I think it would be a real benefit if you could accept PayPal to help spread the costs - it’s an awful lot of money to pay out especially when you have more than one child to buy for.

The two people that served us were ( Maia and Jake ) they very patient and gave good advice about how many of each uniform we should buy.Definitely will shop here again !

Today we came to buy my daughter’s secondary uniform and Ryan was so helpful. He knew exactly what she needed and was super helpful with sizing. He was friendly and helpful throughout.

The staff could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. They took away any concerns I had and talked me through each item of clothing. I could not have asked for a better service - I’ve not experienced this service no where else. High street shops could learn a thing or two (thank you to Carol, and a gentleman who helped me earlier this week also)

I missed the deadline for my son’s leavers hoodie, absolutely my fault, I got the date wrong by two days. I emailed the shop as soon as I realised my mistake, but never got a response. I then called to ask if there was anything they can do, I was told NO!

I offered to pay set up fees to have the hoodie made as a one off and still refused.

Only option is the school have enough parents that have missed the deadline.

Not a great first impression of them. Having read that they done this for another school back in January 2024, disgusted that they weren’t willing to do it again.

Do not use this company!

They are scamming people out of postage fees – be careful if you do use them, they charge you for returns and do not tell you!

They also do not refund any postage fees, this is ridiculous and I’ve never experienced this with any company before – COWBOYS!

Customer service is terrible I asked them to refund me my postage i had paid and they refused with no good reason, and they do not care if you are a loyal customer or not.

Bad quality of clothing too, the polo shirts are very thin cheap material – extortionate pricing!

Thank you so much for making my sons school leavers hoodies available to purchase a day after the closing date! He will be thrilled.

I placed an order then realised I had forgotten something so had to place another one. They realised this without me saying anything and emailed to say they had issued a refund for one of the delivery fees. Amazing customer service and quick delivery

Nothing but problems from this shop just about every time I go in.
Latest visit, school trousers that weren't the correct size, 2 trousers both labelled the same size but were clearly different sizes. The last time paid by card and they took the payment twice. Tortuous trying to get my refund. Always seems to be an issue that needs sorted before we get the goods we need.

Shop has very poor lighting so not ideal to even view goods properly, it has the feel of a warehouse with no windows. AND ridiculously expensive for everything. A £16 scientific calculator that you can buy in Sainsbury's for HALF the price. It's a racket.

Obviously forced to go there because of the school uniform logo but I wouldn't out of choice.
The staff are very good though. I feel for them.

Came into the shop to get my child’s uniform after having a very stressful morning with my car and couldn’t have been more amazing. The whole process was so efficient - cannot fault it. A special thank you to the duo at the tills who changed my day around completely. The two youngsters are brilliant faces for the company, both so well spoken, enthusiastic and very funny too! Speaking to them was genuinely the best part of my day so thank you total clothing :)

Found my experience of purchasing school uniform for both my children very positive. Huge thanks to the patience and help of Carol who was very polite through our supporting us to find the correct sizes, which can be a challenge in itself. Over the years we have always found this company helpful.

Excellent service, great quality, friendly staff. I had to order something that wasn’t in stock in the shop and it was shipped the very next day. A+++
