basically the Toshiba fire TV is crap
i would not recommend it to anyone thee are so many things that don't work or work intermittently take tv guide it will sit there for ever leaving you waiting for a response I get so frustrated I feel like kicking the screen. its ok if u want to watch say Utube or netflix try watching SKY News or GBnews on the internet you will have problems try Sky News on Freeview terrestrial, the picture quality is so poor I gave up, at the end of the day if it wasn't that, Try to user the TV Guide, its a joke sometimes it works most times it doesn't I got this Tv as a present from my son, I am too polite to tell him tat he bought a crock of shite. The TV is a load of crap, I woold not recommend it to my worst enemy

I have a terrible experience buying Toshiba Fridge GR-TR735WE-PGX-GG which is the worst decision model I ever made.

Was shifting house in Dec last year and fridge did not came on the scheduled delivery. When it came on scheduled day, delivery man showed attitude and did not explain further. I just throw the box and wasn’t bothered on the streaming of the door frame was actually faulty and should have been rejected on the spot.

After a few months, the build up of water at 2nd door become very obvious and I only came to know the door sponge framing is actually faulty.

Everyday I called Harvey Norman who actually helped arranged on-site support immediately.

The door water buildup is getting worst and totally not cold. Called Toshiba customer support and was told this is normal and will go away after 6 days.

How to tolerate when the fridge cannot even serve its basic purpose of keeping food fresh (I can’t keep my fruits and veg fresh as the fridge temp is the same as room temp) 😭😭 and ice cube chamber is totally faulty today on 19 July 2025. I was told this is normal and does not deserve a change of fridge.😭😭😭

Keep away from Toshiba Vidaa TVs, absolute garbage and the reason they are heavily discounted.

This tv is the biggest heap of shite ever bought, constant bullshit regarding signal even with a direct aerial feed. Loss of internet for a freeview bs guide. Do not buy this shit, avoid at cost

In built Fire tv does not work properly. I contacted them and they refused to help.

I purchased a Toshiba TV from Tescos on Black Friday in 2020. The model number is 58UL2B63DB

By 2021 December, the TV was no longer working it had lines running down the middle of the screen. I contacted Toshiba and got the worse support you could get, “unplug and plug the tv” etc. in the end, they told me as 13 months has elapsed since purchasing the TV it’s out of warranty.

13 months for a TV is ridiculous, I didn’t know my rights at the time but I should have stated my rights as per the Consumer Rights Act as that is unsuitable.

Since then, I’ve purchased another reliable brand TV and it’s lasted me till this day nearly 4 years and running fine.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Worst TV ever. Closes all apps down mid watch. Got on chat to Toshiba greeted by a rude employee that told me it was because we had it connected to WiFi and not Ethernet! What a load of rubbish. Decided to try the Ethernet which is currently hanging from tv as WiFi box is other side of room and apps are still just closing down while watching. Told to send a what’s app with it happening . That was Saturday it’s now Thursday and I still haven’t had any response from them. Would never buy Toshiba again!

Awful TV. I wish I read all the terrible reviews before buying. Had TV a year and it started going faulty just after the warranty expired.Apps don't work on Tzv since fault developed or keep on freezing so had to buy a Fire stick!

Very poor quality TV for £250 and customer service pretty bad too - they posted a USB stick to update software, which made things even worse. I would not recommend. I gave up and bought an LG TV

I purchased a Toshiba 50-inch TV in October 2022, and after just a little over a year of use, I’m extremely disappointed. The TV has started showing vertical lines across the screen, particularly during bright scenes. The issue is intermittent but has become worse over time, even after replacing the T-Con board. I expected much better durability for a TV in this price range. After researching, it seems like this is a common issue with Toshiba TVs, which is concerning. I would not recommend this brand if you’re looking for reliability.

Bought Toshiba TV a year ago. It completely went a day after 1 year guarantee. Seller passed me on to Toshiba Support, who were awful

They posted me a USB stick to plug into TV for software update. This updated TV software but I can't update again and TV apps regularly freezing. Can't update channels now so left with a basic TV with apps that don't work properly & keep on freezing.

Apparently it's an android TV that updates regularly, but the updates cause numerous issues. I should have bought a smart TV like the LG TV I had previously. I definitely won't buy Toshiba TV again. Toshiba is a rubbish TV brand. Waste of £250.

Very bad experience , gas container comes in Rs 600 bottel , company has charged 3000 + 450 service charge and still nothing is working and I called in call center and again and registered complaint for this ... need urgent senior technician to resolve my refrigerator issue.

Bought toshiba 55 Inch fire tv from amazon tv is good but the remote is worst from day 1. We need to manipulat remote control for hours to work. Really toshiba have to work on their remotes . Worst remote controls ever.

Bought a 32” smart TV off Amazon (who are also useless by the way!) kept disconnecting from the Wi-Fi and so could not watch any TV programs through any Apps. Contacted Toshiba for help and they blamed our Wi-Fi at home. Even though other TV’s in other rooms work perfectly fine. Tried to get a refund off both Toshiba and Amazon and both were completely unhelpful. Another Toshiba TV to the local tip for landfill. I will never buy a Toshiba or any appliance from Amazon ever again.

DO NOT BUY from this crap company!!! I bought LAST YEAR a microwave shortly thereafter I sent pics as the paint on base inside was starting to break off!! Didn’t hear so as it was getting even worse and rusting I got back in to them!!! Apparently it’s my fault as I must be closing the door! Being I’m 72yrs of age and this was not my 1st rodeo I wrote telling them I was not happy with that response as I ALWAYS leave it open after use and dry it!!! They continue to say it’s my fault!!!!

Never buy a toshiba tv. they are crap. try and find the model number of it. it's impossible. it's not on the sticker it's
not on the menu it's not on the front !!!!!

Keeps freezing. Rubbish picture. Constantly turning itself off. Keep away from toshiba.

Brought a 40 inch from argos it lasted 3 weeks back light stopped working. Toshiba are crap stay away from the company.

Avis négatif sur la climatisation Toshiba

Très déçu par la climatisation de marque Toshiba. Tombée en panne 4 ans après l’installation, j’ai dû faire remplacer la carte électronique pour 500 euros. Aujourd’hui, 4 ans plus tard, nouvelle panne, et je me retrouve sans chauffage en plein hiver. Une véritable honte !

À titre de comparaison, j’ai des climatiseurs Panasonic et Daikin installés depuis plus de 15 ans, et aucun souci. Première et dernière fois que j’achète cette marque. À fuir
