After receiving two sets of badly damaged doors from another company I placed an order with Topclasscarpentry .
Whilst this company may be a tad more expensive than others the quality of service and delivery cannot be faulted .Karl kept me informed at all times and inspected the doors prior to their delivery to me .The doors were packed in bespoke door boxes with a surround of polystyrene and double cardboard .The outer packaging was damaged by the carriers to the extent that without the superb packaging the doors themselves would probably have suffered some damage .I would therefore highly recommend this company for its professionalism and concern for the customer .I will certainly be using them again and recommending friends to do so also .

Door arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Delivery man was more than willing to carry door into the house for me. Would definitely use the firm again.

I purchased the doors in Jan 2016. Life was too hectic to get round to doing a review. The fact that after 6 months, I still feel a compelling need to give an excellent review for the company, the product and the staff shows just how impressed I am with everything.

Karl was excellent! He went out of the way to adjust the product to our needs. He made sure we had all the accessories. He also made sure the product was delivered promptly despite a very short notice.

I will certainly buy from Top Class Carpentry again. They are like your local carpenter! Absolutely brilliant in every way a customer would hope for!

My door was keenly priced and when the initial delivery proved to have been damaged in transit, Karl and Julie pulled out all the stops to source and deliver a replacement on the same day. I'm thrilled to bits and cannot recommend Top Class Carpentry enough. Will happily use again and again.

We visited Karl and Julie several times before ordering and both were extremely patient and helpful. The doors arrived on time as ordered, no complaints.

I needed one door handle to match a set but unfortunately it had been discontinued. Topclasscarpentry could not have been more helpful - called to see if it was to match a set and then gave me details of others that might work. Great communication and extremely helpful. Julie was in regular email contact and checked my order over before sending it out. So nice to get great service - sadly this is becoming rare these days. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Would highly recommend this company. Extremely helpful and came up with the right solution for me. Karl very knowledgeable took time to understand what I needed and went the extra mile to ensure the end result was right. Managed to save over £400 using this company. Having checked websites and visited large DIY stores was surprised how long it would take to get reasonably priced worktops to refresh kitchen ( 2 to 3 weeks delivery times) Topclass had the same range of samples as the top suppliers , were cheaper and delivered within 2 days in an agreed time slot .Excellent service all round. thoroughly recommended

We ordered a sprung door knob which the company checked with the manufacturer prior to dispatch. When the product arrived it was not sprung which gave us a headache as our mortice is not double latched. Julie did a fantastic job in tracking down one fit for purpose which is now in place.
A great company to deal with and staff you can rely on. Would recommend this company.

This has been a really nice company to deal with. Andy went out of his way with regular email communications to progress my enquiry about a worktop and keep me up to date with possible delivery dates etc.

Karl spent ages on the phone talking through my problems with a tubular door latch bought from elsewhere. Its the wrong dimensions. He is a carpenter by trade and was clearly very knowledgeable
and quite happy to share that with me and talk me through exactly what to do. He made no attempt to sell me anything and even invited me to ring back if I need any more advice.

We are mending an old kitchen and want to re-use the worktops. Topclass carpenty have been so helpful to help us find edging laminate to match our worktop- they posted out samples really fast. They were also the only site we could find which stocked extra long aluminuim joining strips more than 630mm long- an excellent service and perfect for helping homeowners mend and re-use. THANK YOU

We were really stuck with a problem with our French doors and the bolts that secured the doors (which we had purchased from another ironmongery supplier). Spoke to Karl from topclasscarpentry who came up with perfect solution, and one missed by both our builder and the ironmongery store we had been using. First class advice and service and the product works perfectly and well priced. Very happy and recommend highly.

I was desperately in need of a new kitchen worktop, but it had to match in with my existing ones..... I rang round a lot of different suppliers, who said they were a discontinued line and they didn't have any in stock. It was then that I found 'Top Class Carpentry'. I spoke to Karl on the phone and he painstakingly went through all his samples and eventually found one that was an exact match! Problem solved.
So I ordered the worktop....a 'Franke Mythos' sink and a 'carron phoenix' tap. They were all delivered on time and in good condition.
I phoned Karl to say I was about to plumb in the sink.....and that I was a complete 'Wally' at that kind of thing.....so he even gave me a 'crash course' on how to solder copper pipes......LOL......
Recently I phoned him to say I had completed the job (at last).....but also, that I needed an aluminium corner worktop separator.....no problem!....He would send me one free of charge..........
Karl seems to have all the time in the world to talk to you....and never once did I get the impression that he was impatient to put the phone down, just to get on with something else.....unlike a lot of companies I know!

Alway's very friendly and had the time to listen and help in anyway they could, even with arranging a delivery suitable for me.
The Worktop was delivered by a very helpful driver who took a lot of care .
The Worktop has now been fitted and looking good.
Look no further go to Topclass Carpentry.

We were let down by the company we had ordered our work surfaces from and decided to look on the internet as we had the kitchen fitters booked. I found top class carpentry and called them I explained the situation to Karl who could not have been nicer his customer service was excellent I told him what we were looking for and the measurements, he then said that he would look into it and call me back, he in fact called me on three occasions with the information I required and then helped me place my order over the internet. The goods were delivered the next morning. I would definitely recommend this company and its service to anyone.

Karl and his team seem to have endless patience and time for the DIY enthusiast. He treats you like one of the family and always has time to listen to any problem or query. His advice and recommendations to help me along with my floor laying job and replacement of doors and frames was invaluable. I would recommend Karl and Topclass carpentry to anyone who wants good friendly service and sound, experienced advice on any building query.

In this day and age you rarely experience first class customer service. Topclasscarpentry not only provided a solution to my problem but delivered it to me the following day free of charge! Admittedly, it was a small problem but it has saved me a huge amount of time and effort, for which I am most grateful. Few companies offer such a comprehensive 'after sales' service, or are interested in dealing with the 'small' customer.I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Personal, Friendly helpful advice and service which is so unusual for today's world. I cannot fault this company.
