date de livraison non respecter impossible de pouvoir contacter quelqu'un j'ai de grave soucis de santé mon véhicule na plus d'alternateur et a cause de cette bande de raté de mois que rien demain j'avais des soins en hopital prévus depuis 3 mois et je ne pourrais pas m'y rendre c'est dramatique pour moi donc demain premiere heure je deposerai une plainte contre tnt besançon pour le préjudice subit

Nul ! Et mensonger ! Affirme que nous étions absents alors que nous les attendions toute la matinée !!

If i could give no stars, I would. Terrible service, a lot of empty promises and sad excuses. Took them more than a week to deliver 1 box from Melbourne airport to CBD. It would be quicker to walk to there and back. Everyone i know has bad experiences with them. Save your time and money and use any other carrier. TNT/FEDEX is not reliable.

Rien à dire ,en 24h/48h la livraison impeccable, champions aux livreus ,bonne continuation, bien venu sur le plateau d Albion

I have already paid an import tax bill to fedex which was handled by TNT and now TNT have sent me another import tax bill asking for the same sum. Also threatening me when it's already paid, i have already emailed them twice with no reply.

Wasted my time waiting outside my workplace for nothing! And the excuse was you couldnt fin the place? Other than the address and shop name, do you want to have a gps location to be specific for your Lazy drivers?

Livraison non effectuée, avec 3 mensonges : 1 que je n'étais pas là et que j'ai demandé une autre programmation de ma Livraison
2: à presque 18h le message ci-dessus est noté à sois disant 10h30
3 : après avoir ap. on me dit que le transporteur a noté m'avoir téléphonée.
Tout ça est faux ! C'est grave !
Ma livraison était impérative puisque cela concerne ma voiture en panne. Du coup, j'attends une relivraison dans 4 jours, en espérant que cela soit respecté ! Ça craint ! En de nouvel ennui, je porterais plainte !

Société de livraison à fuir. Me dit à chaque fois que personne n étais là alors que c est tout le contraire. Pourquoi payé la livraison à domicile alors que c est livré à 10 kilomètres de notre domicile je n est jamais eu de problème avec les autres société de livraison donc TNT à fuir

If I could give them no stars I would. The company NEVER delivered an item but said it was refused and abandoned. Then I attempted to speak to the manager and left several voicemails with no response. Then on top of that, the company that I ordered the item (car part) said that they will not issue any type of refund because shipping said the item was abandoned and refused.

TNT bezorgt ons een pakket en de chauffeur plaats het pakket zodanig dat de zware beschadiging niet zichtbaar is voor diegene die aftekent terwijl naast het etiket van de leverancier heel duidelijk een groot gat van een tiental centimeter zit in de doos met duidelijk zichbaar de beschadigde inhoud. Niet meer bruikbaar en had hij dus beter onmiddellijk de goederen terug meegenomen maar dat was te makkelijk geweest voor de klant. Vanaf nu wacht elke leverancier van TNT aan de deur tot de goederen gecontroleerd zijn.

Soit disant erreur d'adresse et absent et fermé.
Jamais d'avis de passage ni d'appel téléphonique.
J'ai déjà eu le tour il y a deux ans.
ALORS QUE JE N'AI PAS DE PROBLEMES avec les autres transporteurs !

llivreurs malhonêtes payé à ne rien faire. Ils ne passent pas et mettent les colis en echec de livraison à chaque fois. impossible de récupérer mes colis avec cet entreprise. J'arrange ma semaine exprès pour être là le jour de la livraison pour ensuite ne rien recevoir. c'est extremement agacant

Worst delivery serviceBy far the worst delivery service i have come across, worked very hard with the supplier to get an item out asap as it is needed for an event. Failed to deliver 3 times to a business that is open till 10pm and the reason due to time restraints. Worst communication and follow ups, they promise you call backs that never happen untill it is too late. They claim the drivers are 5 mins away from the delivery but they never show up. This experience has cost me 7k in loses, plus futur business. I will not be buying from any supplier that uses them as a delivery service.

J’ai payé une livraison express car j’en avais besoin d’urgence, j’ai reçu un mail comme quoi j’étais absente pourtant j’étais toute la journée chez moi, aucun avis de passage et enplus ils ont laisser le colis à 7km de chez moi ! Félicitations !!

Shocking service - so bad you end up just doing everything yourself. I ordered an item on the 30th November and was told it was "TNT Express 1 Business Day" which would've meant 2nd or 3rd of December for it to be expected after the weekend. Instead it was dispatched on the 4th and I was informed it would be delivered on the 5th. I organised a day off from work so I could wait around to sign for it, and it never came. Instead it suddenly arrived to an empty house (I was working that day) on the 6th and was taken back to the depot. They asked me to arrange a day to re-deliver and offered the 9th. I agreed and again took another day off from work, waiting all day to nothing. They tried again to deliver it on the 10th and instead again were unable to. Now today I get a call telling me my "best option moving forward" is a pick up from the depot. I can't take more time off work and the depot is a 45 minute drive one way from my house with tolls, closing at 5pm each day. What's the point in paying for a delivery service if it takes 2 weeks to reach the point where you end up having to be the delivery driver and paying even more to be inconvenienced? No apologies were given to me, they showed absolutely no flexibility in their service and completely unreliable and untrustworthy organisation of delivery times. I'm generally a very patient person and I understand it's a busy time of year, but this has been a complete joke. I will actively be avoiding purchasing from any companies that offer their service from now on.

EDIT: I’ve just got back from picking up the shipment, and they didn’t have the kindness to also let me know they’d lost part of the shipment until I got there. They let me pick up the rest of it but otherwise said they may be able to locate and deliver it by the 19th but, in the words of the gentleman I was dealing with, “I don’t have enough faith in our system to guarantee that day”. At least he was the first honest person I’ve dealt with at this company. I’m over it - I’ve cancelled the remainder of the shipment and am seeking a refund on the undelivered goods.

Hell No!

Use TNT, suffer the consequences. This is the most disorganized freight company in the world. Good luck getting your stuff picked up in Canada.

Tu payes 10 € , une livraison rapide 24 à 48h qui n’a même pas Était le cas !!! 😅 tu reçois un avis de personnes absentes au domicile, or que j’étais bien présente toute la journée! j’ai constaté une personne dans un camion Avec aucun écriteau Devant chez moi, qui n’en est même pas sorti, j’ai constaté par la suite que j’avais un mail avec personne non présente à son domicile, j’en ai compris à la suite des indications pour le suivi de mon colis qui s’agissait de cette personne, elle n’a même pas cherché à sonner ou sortir de son camion. Comment peut-on faire payer un tel prix alors qu’il n’y a aucun travail fait derrière de plus, j’ai essayé de les contacter pour reprogrammer une livraison, je reçois un mail pour la livraison du lendemain et j ai constaté La livraison avait bien été effectuée. Or ils ont directement mis le colis en point relais sans m’avertir Une belle branche d’incapable, c’est la première et la dernière fois que je demande à être livré par TNt 😡

comme d'habitude désastreux ...soit disant 3 passages et je suis absent ! ! alors que je suis là ... pas d'avis ! dans la boite ... c'est marrant le chauffeur ne trouve ni l'adresse ni la Boite au lettre même après voir telephone a ce super service ! ... .... en fait il ne passe jamais et on nous oblige à aller au point relais pour leur éviter de passer vous avez toujours été mauvais et ca ne changera pas ...vous êtes une honte ! ! !
