My initial experience buying my T2 rack, and using my T2 rack have been great (and a trap bar). However my husband ordered the leg extension for me at the very end of the business day. I realized that night that it would hinder the functionality of my rack to leave it up, but I wouldn’t be able to lift the piece on and off for each use due to it being almost 80 lbs. He called the next day (approximately 2-2.5 business hours later) and due to their outsourced customer service and logistics, and the poor communication between these departments, they couldn’t cancel the order and stop the shipment (despite telling us they put in the request to cancel the order that morning). Even to request to reroute the shipment via UPS, customer service has to put in a request with a separate shipping department and wait (despite the issue being time sensitive). Our only recourse is to refuse delivery - if we catch UPS….there is no option for a signature. To ship the item back will be astronomical.

In Titan’s defense, I do like their products but their customer service is terrible because it is outsourced like their other functions … they said they’d waive the 20% restock fee but we shall see if that happens after we see if the package shows up…
Just make sure you are 100% sure about your purchase and pray you won’t need to cancel an order or return anything!

The wheels on the weight holder were bent so I couldn’t get them in. I need to send pics but they responded right away. Everything from Titan has been great for me so far.

I seen the equipment piece I was wanting to get to finish out my home gym . Titan Fitness was good enough to have the equipment at the Best Buy Around ! I like their quality and performance . This was my Second purchase from Titan Fitness. I purchased a Leverage Squat machine and I love it. When I used to do squats with a bar, it was painful reaching back to hold the bar. This machine solves that issue. I have also gained strength more quickly with this machine than I did with the Olympic bar on my back, and it’s safer as well. My previous purchase was the seated shoulder press machine. I’m now much less likely to sustain an injury with shoulder press and I use it every third day.

TL; DR: the bench is great and Titan’s customer service was on-point. Highly recommend.

My wife bought the Performance Series Adjustable Bench as a gift and I am very happy with it. It is stable, sturdy, has no unwanted play at articulation points, and assembly was easy. I have become a fan of Titan’s products over the years and those products have come to comprise about half of my garage gym equipment. I was not upset when one of the components of my recent order was faulty as I was confident Titan would replace it. Service representative Ralph went above and beyond the level of customer care I would have ever asked for to solve my problem quickly and completely. I have really never been so impressed with a business’s response to a service request. Well done and thank you!

I bought a bench that had a very minor defect. When I asked for a replacement part, they just sent me a whole new bench free of charge. Totally hassle-free and amazing customer service. They won a customer for life.

There are pros and cons to Titan,
The bumper weights I got where execellent, cheap and worked well

The plater/DB holder I got was less then satisfactory in that the my DBs despite me measuring them didnt fit on the tops, and you can only really use two of the pegs at a time, however the product is well made, and easy to assemble and got here quickly

Overall Id shop at TITAN again

I ordered a lat pulldown machine and stored it while a gym was built. When I opened the box, they only shipped half of the weight stack. They said it was too late for the to do anything about it but offered me a discount when purchasing the weights. When they sent me the prices, I was told that I would get no discount. The cost to replace the missing weight is $840, almost $6 per pound plus tax and shipping. To purchase all of the weights would be $1680 plus shipping, almost the price of the whole machine with free shipping. Customer service is horrible.

I purchased their safety squat bar and it arrived missing an entire sleeve, so I could only put weight on one side. I called customer service and they told me it will take an “untold amount of time” to process my request, but once processed, it will take 10 days to ship to my residence. So here I am out $300 with a product I can’t use for an “untold amount of time”. I will never buy from this company again. I would rather pay a little extra to Rogue and get quality equipment that I can actually use.

BEWARE OF TITAN FITNESS! I ordered from them before and was considering ordering a leg ext attachment for my rack. I wasnt sure it would fit but I had it in my cart. They use SHOP PAY so my shipping information and payment information was saved in my account. A day later I get an email saying my order had shipped! I HAD NOT ORDERED ANYTHING!! I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and they said they would cancel. Nope. It came a few days later. Several calls and open support tickets and they tell me to mail this super heavy box back at MY COST and they will decide if they are going to refund me the $400 they billed my card. CROOKS!

Awful customer service ! Even if you have a damaged product they will ask you for almost $40 restocking fee and you will pay for the shipping also they do that so it won’t be worth it for you to return. Very rude customer service !

I had an outstanding experience with Marion in Customer Support. We even communicated on the weekend which really surprised me. Overall a very impressive company.

I had an issue with one of the wheels on my weight storage tee and they took care of me right away and sent me a new one. Amazing customer service
