In terms of the app, I want to reassure you that the onboarding process may ask for payment details, but this is only to activate the account and you are not required to continue with any paid subscription. You can still access the included free workouts without being charged.

I’d like to reassure you that the workouts included with your board are still available to you. Your purchase includes access to the Reformly Basic programs, which are:
• 14 Day Kickstart
• 60 Day Transformation Program
• 100 plus guided workouts

The subscription you’re seeing is part of the onboarding process required to sync your account with our updated app. It starts with a 7 day free trial, and you will not be charged as long as it is cancelled within that period. After cancelling, you will still retain access to your included workouts.

We’ve also sent you an email with step by step guidance on how to access everything. It’s a simple process, and we’ll make sure you’re fully set up and able to enjoy your workouts smoothly.

I’d love to clarify that you still have access to the complimentary workouts included with your Reformly Basic plan. These are not limited to 7 days and remain available for you to use without needing a subscription. This includes:

• 14-Day Kickstart
• 28-Day Challenge
• 30-Day Body Tone
• 28-Day Pilates Kit Challenge

The 7-day trial you’re seeing is for an optional Premium upgrade, which unlocks additional content but it’s not required to continue using the programs included with your board.

We understand how the new onboarding experience may have caused confusion, and we’re actively working on making this clearer for our customers.
