I paid £49 for 2 big bags of dog bisciuts when i opened them they was both mouldy.stil got no reply

Ordered on 14th October still not received my order. Can't cancel my order on website, I've sent 4 emails 3 checking the status and one requesting a refund - NO REPLY to any email.

Safe to say that's £30 I'm never seeing again, save yourself your time and effort don't order from this scam company.

Dog food not delivered. The tracking showed the goods had been returned to depot. I have emailed repeatedly and no response. Do not use this company

Looks like this company are going down the pan, judging by other reviews. We paid for dog food on 15th Oct. and it's now 8th Nov. Despite chasing, emails are often ignored, had promises of sending overnight, and now say they can't trace the order - BUT THEY TOOK THE MONEY! What sort of company cannot track an order by several means, name, address, email, past history - what a shower and time waster!

Ordered dog food, refunded me a week later with no explanation.

Information on website was unclear and inaccurate as the description did not tally with the product. Queried this; flippant response. I requested 4 cases (of 12 pouches each). I only received 1 case. I sent photographic evidence to prove that I was sent only 1 case. Time for Paws blamed it on the depot/delivery company and said that they would get the missing items delivered. Almost 2 weeks passed and as I hadn't heard anything, I emailed back. Ignored. I tried emailing again, as now I am concerned that I have been scammed or even defrauded. The response was a photograph of the delivery and suggest I check with my neighbours. They are not bothering to read my emails or address the complaint I originally raised.

I came here to say that the dog food I ordered was advertised as free delivery but added £4.99 at checkout
I wish I’d read the reviews here before buying, if I don’t get it I will be back!

Ordered and paid for on 22/10. By 1/11 the order hasn’t even been dispatched. Getting no response from my emails and the telephone sounds odd whichever extension you try. I guess I forget about that £28.

Time for paws/Havelins petcare. Do not use this company. Incomplete order, replacement not sent, ignore emails.
UPDATE- they have since contacted me and refunded the cost of the missing item plus postage. Thank you.

Omg avoid using this company. My order from over 3 weeks ago has still not arrived. Company will not respond to me at all. I'm having to open a case with paypal to help me with this as the company will still not reply to any of my emails. Never experienced anything like this before

I ordered some Otodex dogs ear drops on the 17th October, yesterday I checked for an update on the Time for Paws courier app "Shop" and it said it had been delivered. I emailed customer services to complain and this morning they refunded my order. Terrible service, beware if you are ordering dog food as you cannot rely on their delivery dates. Never use them again !

If I possibly could, I wouldn’t even give time for paws a 1 star review - awful company to deal with!! I’d ordered my dog food from them with plenty of time to spare for changing my dogs over to this new food, but my order has not arrived over a week later than it was supposed to come. I’ve tried phoning the Havelins petcare group, Time for Paws dept and it just constantly rings, nobody answers! I’ve emailed the company 4 times now asking where my dog food is, and as I’d had to pay out again (I need the food before I go into hospital in 3 day’s time), I’ve asked for my money back but I’ve still had no response from them to the emails I’ve sent!! I’m getting really annoyed and stressed about this now, at a time when I really didn’t need added stress! My advice to anyone out there thinking of buying from time for paws, or any of their many sister companies, is to buy elsewhere!! If they look at their ratings ….PLEASE ANSWER MY EMAILS AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I ordered £30 of dog treats on the 13th October not arrived tracking says not despatched and they have not replied to any of my emails in which I’m enquiring about its whereabouts but they’ve taken my money awful!

Didn't receive items ordered and have received no refund and no response from numerous emails

This company needs to be investigated. Please can I urge anyone wishing to buy pet products from them to think very carefully. They have extremely poor communication, their main form being email which they rarely answer, no answer by phone. I ordered a 15 kg bag of dog food on 19th September for over £53. My product has never arrived and nor have I received a refund, a simple error in the address, which could have been rectified in seconds has never been dealt with and I the customer have suffered and am out of pocket. I have taken the matter up with Paypal for a refund but will pursue the case until the matter is resolved.

I ordered two cat toys, one arrived with an 'out of stock, sending alternative ' note regarding the missing toy. So far, no second toy and no response yet to my email.

Excellent pet food and sundries supplier.
Prompt service and if necessary fast follow up, thoroughly recommended.

Lovely product. Prompt address and resolution of a query.
Only issue is that they use Yodel who on both occasions dumped my parcels in front of my front door without ensuring someone was home to receive it (first time there wasn't) and in full view of the road.

Happy with delivery but no emails to tell us when it would be delivered. Otherwise ok.
Bit expensive with delivery.
