This company is a joke. Order placed 2 weeks ago & still no update. Will not be buying again from them. Communication is poor. Dont know how to get a refund refund. Dont waist your time & money.

Ordered 28th November. Delivery estimated 4th to 6th December. It’s now the 14th emailed twice no reply and still no items. Gutted and money down. Will not be using this company again!

Update 18/12 Postie delivered the order. Totally smashed up and had leaked. Had been placed in a clear bag which was full of the product. Postie not happy neither were we.
Purchased something for my cat.
Delivery window between the 8th - 10th of December.
No updates or a tracking number.
The contact email link doesn't work.
Beginning to think this is a scam. Wish I had read the reviews here!!
Purchased other pet related items from another online store three days later and I've already had their deliveries.
Going to contact PayPal.
Contacted PayPal who immediately refunded me!!

Ordered dog food on 30th November. Received an email saying the item was on its way. Tracking number showed item was still with sender so I sent a message via the website asking for confirmation of delivery date. No response. 2 days later tracking showed item was still with sender. Sent another email asking to cancel the order and still no response. I have had to buy my dog food elsewhere. Will never use this company again!

Placed an order on the 22nd November, estimated delivery was between 29th November & 3rd December, I have still not had my delivery & have emailed to ask but no response from them, I’ve had stuff In the past without any problems but this is now getting ridiculous, definitely won’t be ordering from them again

Excellent value for money. My order arrived within the time frame given. I note the other less than perfect reviews. I think the problem is that after you have placed your order Time For Paws cease contact. It takes longer than average for the order to be delivered and they do not have a contact number to phone with queries. This makes people panic into thinking they are not a bona fide company and that they have been conned. Which is a shame because the products they offer are good and an excellent price and the order was fulfilled.

Finally received my full order after a month of chasing. No response from my direct emails so started a case through PayPal. Which they did respond with by giving me a tracking number for yodel. Had to then chase again a week later and was sent out.
Finally received a direct email from company to confirm that they know I have received my order with an apology. Only because they need me to close the PayPal case!
Informed them there was no way I would use them again.

Poor customer service, got the wrong order and was told I should just keep it. Then failed to reply to my other emails requesting to return wrong order and get a refund.

Ordered 18th November 2024, paid £4.99 for delivery but still not received by 27th November 2024 not relplied to email about delivery update. First time I’ve ordered with this company, won’t be doing it again!!

I’ve placed and paid for my order 14 days ago, nothing arrived, no response to my e-mails or phone calls, no refund. Diabolical service!

Should have definitely read the reviews before ordering… ordered on 14/11 and my order still says processing. Have emailed twice - no reply. I found a contact number via the website and there is no dial tone when you select the option to be put through to them. Opened a PayPal case - still no reply from them. You should not be trading. Times are hard enough without people like you taking money from people and then not supplying the goods. Customer service plays no role in your business. I’d be extremely weary of any positive reviews and if they are genuine. Update 26/11 - claim is opened with PayPal, I’ve emailed several times for a refund but true to their word they do not reply. How is someone supposed to get a refund when you won’t answer emails or calls? I’ve tried each one of your companies phone lines and you don’t answer any. I’ve now had a dispatch email over a week and a bit later (today) when I’ve explained I’ve already had to reorder with a more reliable company. I don’t want the order now so if you even bother to read these poor reviews then cancel the order because you will be paying to collect the parcel if it is delivered. Sort your customer services out! Final Update - PayPal closed the case in my favour. They didn’t even reply to the case which speaks volumes. Save yourself a favour and DO NOT USE.

We ordered several items for delivery by 13th to 15th November 2024, nearly two weeks later nothing, no updates no reply to emails not answering calls. Terrible service yet another company that promises good service and delivers nothing!

Wrong item delivered. No answer when I phoned and no response to emails. Money down the drain. Rotten business

Just been caught out using this company. Not received goods they wont answer emails now having to raise with PayPal.

Placed an order and never arrived not responding to emails, just found out that they are 10 minutes from my work will be paying them a visit for a refund👍

*Update, i have now recieved a full refund.*DO NOT USE! Took £125 off me, order not received, emails ignored!

Very happy though with the items ***** - Items ordered on 31st October with delivery date of 7-11 November, couldn't find a phone number, so chased on customer service email address on 15th November , now 19th November no response whatsoever, beginning to think there is something wrong - hope not for their sake and mine

Do not use.
Ordered food for my dog £46 a week ago told I would get a despatch date. Nothing sent two emails no reply. As we will have to purchase locally we don’t want to be out of pocket so spoke to PayPal they refunded my purchase price. Just read the reviews before you buy.

DO NO USE!!
Emails ignored, food never arrived. No communication whatsoever. Dog seriously allergic to other foods, now won’t get any in time before I run out.
State they refunded my £47 however yet to be seen!!

Ordered on 5th November. Company took £30 from my account the next day .10 days later order still not received. Emails are ignored and the phone is never answered! I'm a pensioner, £30 is a lot of money to me plus my dog is almost out of kibble so will have to reorder elsewhere. Avoid this company!
