Beautiful tea set

My beautiful tea set arrived reasonably quickly and extremely well packaged. The box was ripped and banged up but the excellent internal packaging saved it. I would happily order from Tilly Living again

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made the mistake of transposing the street address of my apartment with the delivery address - and my order was despatched to an address that didn't exist.
Completely my fault! The customer service team at Tilly's sorted it out for me. They located the parcel and organised a re-despatch. Really polite and kind - when the mistake was mine.

Good service

I ordered some wooden kitchen tools for my daughter. They were dispatched promptly and arrived in good time. I took advantage of a discount on another set at the same time. These were dispatched but didn’t arrive. Tilly Living we’re very helpful and communicated well with me to try and work it out. They eventually refunded my money. 6 months later the product arrived in good condition. Tilly was great to work with.

Very disappointed

UPDATE 12/19/21: I received a very nice note from Customer Service. They notified me that replacement items have been sent.

I was so excited to order from this company! I ordered 3 of the 7 piece wooden utensil sets and a set of the gold candle holders. Two different utensils arrived cracked. Several other utensils were not smooth. One of the candle holders arrived broken in half. I have contacted customer service multiple times about replacements or a refund, and have received no response. Unfortunate as these were intended to be Christmas gifts. I will not be reordering...

Horrible Service and Delivery

I ordered the wooden utensils and Tilly says it shipped on November 1. The tracking info they have provided has had no updates since November 10. Today being November 25, and based on their website saying 7-10 days for delivery, I no longer expect fulfillment. You can only contact customer service via email and that experience mirrors the delivery experience. Amber is the name on the emails every time, and she just gives ambiguous answers and never addresses my direct questions. I have had no success at getting answers or a refund and at this point have no choice but to wait the 45 business days and dispute the charge with my credit card.
Edit: once again, the company does nothing but give inaccurate info. Even the last tracking update on THEIR website says USPS is waiting for the item from the shipping partner, but Christine is happily blaming USPS. I have also spoken directly to USPS and they have confirmed they have not received the item. Tilly is clearly a company of excuses and false information. Here is a copy of the tracking info so those who need accurate info can see what I am providing is accurate, unlike the info Christina is providing.

In this case I can see that it took 9 days (including handling) to get to USPS and USPS has had it since the 9th of November with no further updates.

For peace of mind, as it has now been 20 days without a USPS update we have classified the parcel to be lost in transit despite the current in transit status at USPS.

I received my order for two sets of…

I received my order for two sets of wooden cooking utensils. Lots of blemishes on the wood and one of the spoons was splintered on the edge with a crack in it. The sets look ok for the price but I do not expect them to last very long. Paid alot for each set based on what I received. I won't order anything again from them.

Communication issues initially but beautiful product

** Edit: Customer service finally responded to my emails, apologized, and explained the error that happened. A new tracking number has been provided and the replacement is being prepared to ship. Other than this hiccup, I will say the product is beautiful and rate it highly. I am happy to see that this is on its way to being resolved and will update my review again once the promised replacement is actually received.

I received my order with a cracked spoon and messaged them to have a replacement sent out. They were great with their replies and said they’d send a new one to make it right but I never received it. After waiting several months for the replacement to come, I messaged 3 times asking for help tracking it down with no reply. I hate to leave a negative review but maybe this will get someone’s attention to reply.

They are also not straight forward on their product. If you ask where it is made, they reply every time with the material used.
