My experience with Tilly living was wonderful . They are honest , helpful and loyal to their customers. They give you the service that you would want to recommend others as well as go back for another purchase .

Tilly's customer service went above and beyond to make sure our placemat and coaster sets arrived before Thanksgiving
They did not disappoint. They came yesterday and in perfect condition. Thank you Tilly!

What a delightful and rare surprise it was to encounter your customer service department when I made two errors in my ordering process! I received a quick and compassionate response. I also received a quick refund. Thank you for being personable, caring, and responsible in a business world that is not always so.
I truly appreciate and applaud your company.

care nothing about the products you purchase or that you get what ypu pay for! They hire the delivery service but dont backup where they leave your products!

First these took A very long time to be delivered.
Secondly they are made in China (Tilly an Australian Company fails to advertise that important fact)
Thirdly they are very pricey for a product mass produced 8n China.
The Utensils look amazing, however I don't trust the product and will not use them. (Decoration only)

After doing more research I found American Made and will use those.

Don't waste your money on this product.

They say they are based in Australia to give a false sense of quality, consumer safety and supporting local… but it’s just drop-shipped from china.

I’m not impressed ! I should have read the reviews. Expensive yet arrived in cheap packaging in a white box with no instructions or warranty. Look good but functionality is very disappointing. Tiny ladle, spatula is useless…so instead of throwing out my old utensils I have had to keep them.

Tilly Living has great customer service. However, after receiving my utensils I am disappointed in how they function - or rather don’t function. I cannot get the spatula, which is designed to flip, to flip anything. Not eggs, pancakes or a grilled cheese sandwich. The blade is just too thick to slide under the food.
The spoons are fine although the ladle bowl is too small.
Tilly kindly gave me a 50% refund so I didn’t have to pay the cost of shipping to return the items.

As others have also stated. Ordered 10 piece set of kitchen utensils and now delivery alert says lost, damaged or customs issue. Should have read the reviews before I ordered. Waiting on response from vendor and Feels like a total scam.

Update finally received the order and looks good. Reason for 3 star review is due to over a month to receive.

Super goede service, ik had zelf verkeerd gekeken monster besteld , dacht dat het klinkers waren, na een reactie van Tily zelf waarom niet bruikbaar, verhaal gedaan en toen geld teruggestort gekregen👍👌

I bought the sandscape piece and on the box it says Made in China. Your site says everything is made in Australia ?????? Why two different messages?

Bought 12/4/24, slotted spoon cracked

These are being delivered from China ☹️ On their website they say they are from Australia. I feel like I was scammed of my $100 and I'm afraid to use these for cooking.

Received the utensils wrapped in plastic and chipped, scratched and dried up! They look used and old. The ladle and spoodle were the only ones that looked new. I’ve asked for a replacement of the three smaller spoons but they are not answering me. I explained to them that I can return them if they tell me where to send them. Still no answer. I’m so disappointed and frustrated!

Very disappointed!! Order was meant to be received well before Christmas. I received no tracking number and had to contact them twice to find if it had even been shipped. The utensils finally arrived well after Christmas. They were loose in a box with absolutely no instructions as to where they came from, care, maintenance, etc. The presentation was absolutely horrible and I'm too embarrassed to give them as a gift. For all I know, they could be made of pine and came from China.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I spent over $100 and have still received nothing. Package is supposedly still in transit. First, it supposedly arrived in the middle of the Arctic tundra in the Northwest Territories. Now it’s supposedly at a sorting centre in a convention centre. It’s been sitting there for days and days. I have no idea what the product is like but the delivery and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

No product- No tracking number- No company contact and their website does NOT allow customer contact. This company is horrible to deal with! They have had my money for over two weeks without responding.
Hopefully I’ll get either my $80.00 back or a product or at least some communication soon. They surely didn’t deliver before Christmas and I ordered over two weeks before.
VERY DISAPPOINTED

The utensils are beautiful. Has anyone else noticed that water turns a brown color when you wash them? I’m concerned.

I would not order from Tilly.
