Still No Response after 14 Business Days
Updated: One of the team members called me and very quickly sorted my claim. It might have taken a longer than advertised, but I was impressed by the way they sorted the situation.
Avoid! Extremely disappointed that I paid for cover but have had no reply from my refund application. Sent ALL the required forms and information on 8
July and despite getting an automated response saying my claim would be reviewed within 1-5 business days, I have heard nothing since. I have even sent follow up emails, which have also been ignored. I’m so disappointed that I had to miss my festival due to illness, but even more angry that I am now fighting to get a refund.

Refund application sent 12th July reference.
Sent a follow-up on 20th July and still no response.
Applying for a refund after exceptional circumstances - and it’s disappointing to have to continually chase, with no evident phone number to call, whilst dealing with a multitude of things related to the life event.

I had to cancel an event.
I had to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. Promptly sent ticket refund online form. Once all the requested details were completed an almost full refund was in my account within the week!

I was treated really well by the group…
I was treated really well by the group as my wife & I could not attend a concert because of the stifling heat. We received a refund of our train fare in addition to parking. Ticket Plan requested all the necessary information required on which to make a decision for the refund and it was in my bank account within the timescale they gave me. Thanks to one & all

Ticket plan were great
Ticket plan were great, unfortunately due to my wife’s condition we were unable to go to gardeners world show, so got in touch filled in the details they needed from the drs , had an email from Ticket plan acknowledging this and subsequently had a refund excellent service.

I'm disgusted with the fact I had to send the death certificate for my father to the refund service to get my money back as to why I couldn't attend. Initially it was asked for a letter from his consultant to say why he was so sick for the reason I couldn't attend, and im sure you can appreciate the NHS was a little busy trying to keep my dad alive to write a letter!! Then when I tried again after he passed i was told unless we sent a death certificate I wouldn't get a refund.
