After many genuine screenshots and attempts to get my refund Ticketplan state they are not regulated so they don’t have to do anything they don’t want to. They don’t want to pay out - have nothing to do with this company.

Very pleased with outcome of my recent claim. Initially thought that there was quite a lot form filling and proof required but all went very smoothly when submitted. Would definitely recommend and use in the future when booking tickets etc

Es ist mir nicht möglich im Juni an einem Event teilzunehmen...Nach mehrfachen Mails der Firma, die oberflächlich waren und immer wieder verlangt wurde ich soll die Daten von meiner Behandlung senden.... war meine Antwort, .. da ich meine sensiblen Daten vom Arzt nicht senden werden, sollen Sie das Ticket verschenken! Unfassbar ich habe früh genug storniert! Egal Lebenslektion verstanden, diese Eventfirma nie wieder.... Nachtrag....ich habe Mail Kontakt gehabt ( ca.10 Mails) immer wieder das selbe! Ich möchte keinen Kontakt mehr was ich mitgeteilt habe!

Prompt refund
Trains to an event were cancelled en route due to a fatality on the track. Fortunately for my claim I gathered the required evidence to support this on the day whilst on my journey home, so I was able to provide the details when making my claim. My request for ticket refund was dealt with expeditiously and monies received promptly.

Awful. They won’t pay out if needed. Hide behind Ts and Cs you need a death certificate to claim money back..
Bet even then you won’t get money.

Room burglarized, refund denied
Wildly unnecessarily strict refund policies. My hotel room was burglarized, and because I needed to deal with the police, I was unable to use my tickets. After supplying all relevant information, I was told my claim was denied because “the policy only applies to residences being burglarized, and a hotel room does not count as a residence.” This is the type of thing terrible American companies do- I expected way better from a European company.

The terms and conditions of the Refund Promise state that you can apply for a refund in the case of certain specified circumstances. Whilst we appreciate the reason why you were unable to attend the event, as the circumstances described are not one for which protection is provided, we here at TicketPlan are not able to assist with a refund on this occasion.

Discriminates against Disabled Customers
For five years I have booked a theatre trip for four persons every month using ticket plan everytime! ( £468 total spend on this farce)
My first claim and utterly useless.
Common sense and compassion clearly not a core value for their customer care.
Each case should be graciously decided upon information given instead of a one box auto reply
Utter waste of money. Would never purchase this plan again.
Apalling customer service.
I have escalated my complaint although am ready for another auto reply instead of a resolution.
AVOID!

Bought tickets with insurance…
Bought tickets with insurance unfortunately due to illness couldn’t attend. Took 3 months and £40 to get insurance letter stamped by GP but once system understood, refund for tickets paid out . Minus £40 to GP
