Worth every penny!

Customer service is non existing. I realise that these are difficult times but I have had to pay to return an item with 14 days return period(other sellers have extended this period) becouse it did not arrive with a free return label while on the website it states please contact customer services for a return label. I will not be buying from this store ever again.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. Sorry to hear about your experience, unfortunately we are seeing delays as a result of the current period. We have extended our returns period to 28 days as a result.
In regards to the free returns label, we usually provide a free DPD drop off returns service but this has been paused by DPD to try to reduce the spread of the virus. We have been manually offering free returns via DHL but there has been a backlog which we are currently getting through.
