Hi I deleted my previous review. This company is really trying to give good customer service and I appreciate that. I absolutely love the dresses from Three Floor. They are very different from other designers and each one has so much detail and are so well made. The prices are also amazing. I also love that the sizing is very consistent. I am a size 8 US and every single piece fits perfectly. I can comfortably order from the US and know my items will fit.

Custom service isn’t good
Custom service isn’t good. It is slow and the solution to the problem is not clear. The package was arrived without a return note, and I need pay it by myself. Until now I didn’t received any reply mail about my refound.

Very nice dress, just need to re-cut to fit my body.
I took back 1 star because of the packing, poor package. Luckily the dress was not damaged.

We have recently taken steps to reduce our carbon footprint and have started using packaging made from recycled cardboard, we haven't had any problems with the packaging so far using our designated couriers. You had told us that you had originally sent this item to your friend who then sent to to you at a later date, perhaps that packaging was damaged between this time. Unfortunately we cannot take responsible for any further transit decisions once it was delivered to the original address.

The customer service manager David is really helpful. I got my refund after e-mail with him since the refund was lost for more than 2 months. And he helped me cancel one order didn't been sent out for more 1 month.
Therefore, I hope that Three Floor can upgrade ur system of delivering track and refund track.

No clue how to return items.
I am a huge fan of three floor clothing and have purchased a huge number of items over the years. Unfortunately this time round I needed to return something and not only can I no longer log into my account, the webpage with returns information doesn't exist, no one has responded to my message, nor answered the phone. It is very disappointing.

I have been waiting for a reply from three floor , and it has been over 3 weeks . Again and again I have been told I’ll be redirected to customer service but no one picks up the phone or answer my emails.
From the status, my order still is not shipped. At this point I request a full refund. Please and thanks.

Beautiful dress
I shopped their archive sale and got a dress that is an intricate, beautiful work of art, for a great price! Dispatch was quick and packaging was nice. Nothing to fault... but would have been even more perfect if they offered free delivery for any purchase.

I ordered a dress on May 18th and had it delivered to Singapore that arrived on May 28th. Item was well received in excellent condition, beautifully wrapped with tissue and in its box. Three Floor's quality and lace are impeccable!
