GREAT customer service! And, our sweatshirts rock too!

EDIT: I contacted customer service and they are sending me out another shirt fre of charge to replace this one. I wasn't expecting that at all, and I'm really thankful to the customer service team

I ordered a shirt from them, arrived well and initially looked great. However after a single wash the print is already beginning to come off of the shirt. After 2 washes there are patches where the print has worn off completely. Pretty disappointed in the quality considering I've bought many other tshirts, a lot of them quite a bit cheaper, and I've not had this problem with any other shirt.

I ordered tshirts for my daughter and myself, a tanktop for my other daughter, and a coffee cup for everyone to share. Everything was delivered quickly, and we love everything! Unfortunately, my tshirt was not the right size. When I contacted customer support, they responded within a few minutes and shipped out a shirt in the correct size right away. They asked me to donate the wrong-size shirt or give it to someone else who would like it. Thanks so much for great products and really good customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Lots of cute and funny shirts in a range of colours that we don't normally get in Australia. The customer service tho is second to none. So helpful and lovely. I can not praise them enough!!!

I had a problem with an order that after months of delay, simply disappeared and never reached my hands, when I contacted the Threadless team they were super friendly and after analyzing my case, they decided to send me my order again, for a better service of delivery.

I used to buy from threadless all the time about 10 years ago. The quality was everything (I still have very worn shirts that are in excellent condition), the art was beautiful… the only problem 10 years ago was the sizing. It went up to XXL, which I think was probably a small XXL. That being said, when I discovered their sizing went up to a real 3XL I had to try. I’m so glad I did. The items came just as ordered, the same quality and beautiful art I used to love, so comfortable and roomy enough that I don’t feel like I’m wearing a size too small. I emailed customer support to explain how happy I was about this and they replied with a personalized message that was so sweet, and addressed a few questions I had. I noticed that customer support replied quickly, so I know if I had an issue they would be available to assist me. Love Threadless!

Really good customer service. Had an issue with a package lost in supply chain hell and they were great; responsive, helpful and quick to issue a refund or replacement shipment.

I love the amount of communication around each order. When one hit a snag, they were super responsive and fixed it right away by asking exactly how I wanted it remedied. I will definitely choose Threadless in the future for my needs!

I've been ordering from Threadless for many years. I've never been disappointed in the shipping time or quality of the product.
Recently I ordered a zip up hoodie that seemed faded. They promptly replaced it without me having to send the item back. This is huge to me. Their customer service response was outstanding.

I ordered a large sweatshirt in the french terry fit. The design print was great, but the sweatshirt was to small and I didn't like the french terry material. It seems like their sizes run small, which is hard to know for an online store. Threadless was very responsive and helpful and switched it out for an XL in the sponge fleece free of charge.

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter in October but I did not give it to her until Christmas. She liked the design but not the neckline. I thought it was too late to exchange or return but Customer Service took care of my request by replacing the shirt with a different neckline at no charge! I don't have to return the shirt I originally ordered either! Who does that? Threadless does!

Threadless has always delivered a great product. I've been buying t-shirts from them for over 12 years now and I've never been disappointed.

I recently had ordered a shirt as a gift. I guesstimated the recipient's size and turns out I ordered the wrong size. Threadless was gracious and generous, replacing the shirt with a larger size at no cost.

I will continue to be a fan of their products and their company.

I have purchased shirts from this company for almost a decade now. I love the quality of the shirts, the designs, the support of artists, and their customer service. Their support of artists is an absolute necessity to the progress of personal expression. We all have talents, and allowing the every day artists to shine sheds light upon our whole society. I will continue to wear my art pieces with pride.

Ordered a couple of shirts for Christmas but they arrived a bit late due to holiday saturation. When they arrived however they were bigger than I had expected but luckily could get replacements thanks to support!
