Thomson Dairies Recenzje

Nicola responded really quickly and was very helpful. Always great service from the team at Thomson Dairies.

Nicola always gets back to my query super quickly and we love our twice weekly delivery of delicious milk and eggs! Always at the door ready for breakfast!

Thank you x

Staying in the country is amazing up until you run out of milk or forget to buy it when in town. This service means that will never happen again. Very happy so far. Saving money on fuel, glass bottles are way better than plastic, and I can amend my order any time online.

I Particularly like the friendly way in which emails are couched making it seem like a village shop where everyone knows everyone. I assume that it is Nicola who is responsible for this.

Nicola Answered and resolved my enquiry quickly explaining everything that I needed to do

It took a few minutes for my call to be answered but once it was Nicola had a nice telephone manner and dealt quickly with my request. A good interaction.

Prompt positive response to my email. Thanks.

Nicola always responds promptly to inquiries and helps sort things out and keeps me informed

No problems until you try to cancel - phoned to cancel end of July/beginning of August 2022 and settled bill there and then, 14 months + later get a nasty letter saying that we owed them as we had milk delivered up until over month and half after we had cancelled, not true. Said they sent emails and letters to account holder (who has now passed) also not true. Crap at record keeping obviously, not impressed, wouldn't recommend. Person on the phone rude and had no compassion whatsoever.

No problems with deliveries and easy to cancel when on holiday.

Asked for cancellation of one delivery at short notice and Nicola was extremely helpful

The customer service is excellent and very efficient. The level of service from Thompson dairies is second to none. It is always a great pleasure to deal with them.

We love having the milk delivered to our door. Nicola has been very helpful when I wanted to change my order.

I had no luck getting through on the phone so I tried emailing. I got a reply by return and Nicola seemed only too happy to help. I would email again, although ony time I have got onybody on the phone they have been friendly and helpful.

Nicola did what I instructed ted very speedily and correctly

A really good company to deal with. I cancel my milk delivery for my holidays.
And Nicola got back to me really quickly confirm my request had been dealt with. I Always get a pleasant, polite and efficient response. So thank you.
