Thomson Dairies Recenzje

Nicola very helpful implementing my requests.

Nicola always answers enquiries quickly and sorts things out.
Thank you to the team for delivering on time through the stormy weather!

Lots of roads impassable because of snow, still got my milk only an hour later than usual

Always friendly and helpful. Service in Fauldhouse has been brilliant!

Could have been 5 stars
We had been receiving deliveries from Thomson for quite a couple of years with no issue whatsoever. However, due to rising costs and dietary requirement changes we decided to cancel. It took repeated phonecalls for me to actually get someone to process this. I would be told I would get calls back and never did. So, today I was finally able to. Having read other reviews about problems with cancellations I requested a confirmation email after I paid the outstanding balance but was told no, the phone call was recorded that was enough. I have taken a screenshot of when I made the call just in case particularly as after the call I realised my name/address/customer number was never asked for only my postcode...feels a tad unprofessional and not sure I trust the system. Overall, Thomson seem very nice when you're getting deliveries but after my experience today I would not return as a customer in the future.

I phoned Nicola to amend my order. Friendly and efficient response. On all occasions zi have contacted the Aberdeen depot my query or request has been dealt with in the same pleasant manner.

Always the fastest response and very courteous.
Perfect ' can do' attitude

I spoke with Nicola today and she was so lovely and helpful. It was a glitch in the computer system but she couldn’t have been more apologetic. Reminding why I love to support small businesses whenever I can

Our milk delivery was made as usual despite a very heavy overnight snowfall. Brilliant!!

My request was dealt with in a timely manner by a friendly member of staff.

I only have 1 pint of skimmed milk delivered per wk, on time & it never waivers, if I go on holidays I call the office & its stopped till I return. I can order other items if I wished. A great service, well done. I appreciate you all.

Good enough produce and service but lacking a decent price list for all your produce.

Nicola sent a very quick response to my email acknowledging my request.

Great services and product plus prices very competitive.

The office reply swiftly, helpfully, and honestly when contacted. In any such service, things will occasionally go wrong, but Thomson Dairies do their very best to keep customers informed, and to help.

Nicola replied really quickly to my e-mail and was friendly and helpful throughout. I've used Thomson Dairies for a few years now and have always been pleased with their service. Would definitely recommend.

Nicola dealt with my milk cancellation well. Going on holiday so all ready now many thanks

My enquiry was addressed promptly, courteously and clearly. I have always found this to be an efficiently run company. Deliveries are reliable, regardless of weather. Any contact with customer services has always been easy and helpful. You couldn't ask for more.
