Such a sweet little clock. Arrived quickly, well packaged. Absolutely delighted with it my navy cuckoo clock. Found it very easy to set up & hang on wall. Looks really sweet but stylish with the gold hands. The bird song tweets on the hour are delightful. The bird us silver so stands out nicely. The family laughed when told them I wanted this for birthday but they all love it. Looks really super in my snug off the kitchen. Did see some other very similar designs quite a lot cheaper but thought the Thomas Kent looked more classy- so glad I chose this one. A very happy customer.

Cuckoo clock delivered today. As per other reviews it does appear cheaply made for the price. Main problem is that the minute hand is bent at an angle and then straight - as such it cannot pass the hour hand so clock cannot function correctly. Tried calling the customer services number. Answered with a recorded message saying "Thank you for calling Art Marketing, please press 1 for customer services" - I press 1 and call is immediately disconnected.
Sent an email and received reply that they will try and respond within 48 hours. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a regular issue. 50% of reviews are 1 star. Wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before I ordered

Very disappointing. The pendulum on the cuckoo clock did not work and the clock was made from very flimsy plastic. Very poor quality for the price. I will be sending my clock back as it not only faulty but also not worth the price.

I ordered 2 Thomas Kent clocks to compare on our kitchen wall. We have a high cathedral ceiling in our kitchen and it can be hard to envisage a suitable clock size on the required wall. The clocks ordered were the number 1 and the number 3. In defence of Thomas Kent, both clocks were lovely and appeared to be of good quality but my grievance is that I decided not to keep either of the clocks so returned them both. This had to be done at my own cost. The larger clock was £24 and the smaller was £15 return postage costs. I informed Thomas Kent that even though I liked the quality and style of their clocks, I would not risk using them again in fear of incurring similar return postal charges. My complaint re charges, was not even addressed in the reply from Thomas Kent which just confirmed my choice of avoiding them in future clock purchases.

Mulberry clock delivered today safely, as with other reviews I found it cheaply made and appearance for the price. Thought it was made in the UK not China, the minute hand slightly bent and the clock mechanism doesn't look brilliant. The only factor in keeping it is my wife really likes it.

I purchased the Cuckoo clock, but it arrived damaged and defective.
The clock itself is very cheaply made. The pendulum won't stop moving even though it's supposed to stop at 10 pm. The bird, stops at 8 pm, when it's supposed to be 10 pm. I reached out to Thomas Kent twice and have had no response for a replacement.
So I will have to resort to complaining to PayPal.

Purchased the CLOCKSMITH NO.1 OVERSIZED WALL CLOCK IN BLACK £195. Was imperfect on delivery and Thomas Kent very speedily sent another. Replacement had the central stud on the hands wandering around inside the case. Really poor quality. Will never buy Thomas Kent again. Once upon a time they were a good quality product. NOT the case now!!

I ordered a clock it came quickly and was beautiful . Unfortunately it did not work with my colour scheme and so I asked to return it. This was accepted and dealt with quickly and simply.
Great company to deal with and I will definitely purchase again.

Second clock delivered both not working not happy as was a christmas present and Evri just chucked it on the bank near our gate!!!!! No quality in this product. Very cheap.

Junk avoid. Replaced a near 14 year old alarm clock from Argos.

Has stopped working despite changing batteries twice cheap junk from China disguised as a premium clock at a premium price.

Do not buy Only purchased 7 months ago have emailled to ask for a refund. Not as described.

Recieved my clock today and it feels like cheap quality im very disappointed as I bought it because I liked my sisters one but hers is fantastic quality so very sad that this clock ive bought isnt the same.

My clock arrived with one bent hand -could have lived with it at a push but only offered me a 15% discount so sending back -unable to just send it back myself so will have to stay in to have it collected as that’s the only way to return it -must be terribly inconvenient for those working mon-Fri -9-5

I've had two Thomas Kent clocks. The original was purchased in 2020 and was a nice solid feeling ceramic material.
The new clock from 2025 looks the same on the outaide but is made out of a light weight plastic that feels cheap.
Wouldn't buy another one as it doesn't feel like it has the same quality as the previous one.

When i hang pendulum is connected it won't t swing its plasic and cheap not worth the money you pay well overpriced. Its so cheap not what i expected at all.
Ment to be a cuckoo clock.

Received the "Arabic style" large wall clock today in secure packaging. After opening it was very evident that the quality of the product wasn't what you would expect from a brand sold in larger UK stores. The hands cross over not allowing the minute hand to move independently hence the clock doesn't work properly. The hands are too flimsey to perform their design intent. Overall - very poor product quality.
Now sending back which isn’t a straight forward process either.

Bought our first Charleston clock from John Lewis, after 2 days kept stopping, used different battery's as per Thomas Kent customer services, still no difference.
Returned to John Lewis who were out of stock so obtained another Charleston clock from another supplier, this lasted 7 days before stopping.
A slight touch of the battery gets it going for a few hours then it stops again.
My opinion is the battery mechanism is cheap and not man enough for the size of the hands.

Ordered a 29 inch thomas kent wall clock from John Lewis for our kitchen we have had 2 sent out now and both didnt work hands on the clock dont move! Poor quality will be returning.

I made a purchase for a mantle clock ready for a Christmas gift. When ordering there was no indication that this item was not in stock. When the item never arrived when expected I contacted you to be told there was no stock available and a new batch due 5/12/24. This date has since passed and still no clock.
I have tried to contact you several times with no response.
You have taken my money but not sent the items! This is totally unacceptable.

I’m reviewing the clock - Thomas Kent skeleton clock is a pile of…old bones. £95 but I’m pretty sure it costs £5 to make as these things just fail. The other companies selling them just ship out a replacement and don’t want the broken one returned. That says everything about the value of them. I’ve had 3 now. The big hand and mechanism is fragile beyond belief.

I bought a lovely Thomas Kent Clock a wee while ago. Nice colour ...smallish size to suit my bathroom. (Otherwise I can spend much too long in the bath!! ) I can review no further as I cannot get the clock out of the packaging!! I did injure my hand recently, however I have been able with some effort to open tin cans again. First of all its a very small screw driver which is required (unusually small- not one all households will have) ...I have tried turning both ways and it won't budge or show any sign of moving!! Just spent 25 minutes doing this...all to no avail!! Come on guys ... Is there any need for this to be packaged like it belongs in Fort - Knox?? Who designed this ? Who tested it?? What am I supposed to do now? Will try to attach photograph.
5 minutes later I managed to cut off the cardboard packaging! Screws are still on the back...but it is a cute clock
Good size, clear face, nice colour. Will upgrade score from 1 to 3.
