Customer Service very helpful and with prompt response. Very happy with my purchase of a lovely clock.

I recently ordered the Clocksmith No.1 Oversized Wall Clock directly from Thomas Kent. Shortly after placing my order, I realised that I was due to travel abroad before the standard delivery window was over, so I contacted customer services to ask if there was any possibility of getting the clock delivered before I left.
Louise was absolutely wonderful. She personally kept an eye on my order and made sure it was dispatched as quickly as possible. She also kept me updated with the tracking information, and, thanks to her help, the clock arrived before I left!
It was such a pleasure dealing with someone who actually took ownership of the situation rather than simply sending a standard response. Louise was friendly, helpful and genuinely attentive.
The clock itself is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for, but the excellent customer service made the whole experience even better.

Almost impossible to hang on the wall, can't see because the face is convest you can't see the wall mount.

Thomas Kent produce a classless quality product which is at home in an apartment or a grand house. Delivery is efficient and prompt and their customer service could not be bettered. Very well done and thank you.

I purchased a cuckoo clock for a birthday present have not given it yet but have received it ,it looks beautiful just as described , i had an issue with the discount code and I sent an email to my surprise it was dealt with immediately and a refund was issued so I was very happy

The customer service i received from Thomas Kent Clocks was absolutely the best experience I've had in ages. I ordered a clock that was too dark for my kitchen and needed to be returned. I am having daily radiotherapy at the moment and this made waiting in for the collection window virtually impossible. Louise, the lady responsible for my return request was understanding, polite, efficient and prompt in dealing with this. She organised a precise time with lots of communication and updates. My refund is already sorted, and I will be confident in ordering from them again soon.

Had an issue with one of my Thomas Kent Mantel Clocks I contacted their customer service and dealt with Louise who was super helpful and she arranged a replacement. Great communication and customer service.

Excellent customer service assistance with faulty item.

I ordered the wrong size clock it just covered the window ( too large ) , I contacted the customer service team and a lovely lady called Louise help me , she arranged for collection of the clock free of charge as long as I could provide a receipt for a replacement clock, I picked the day for collection as well,
My new clock is so beautiful the colour and the workmanship is amazing I love the gold hands and fits perfect,

When my new wall clock arrived there was a minor faulty with the mitre on the corner edge and was visable. Louise from customer service dealt with my query very promptly and replaced it for me. I couldn't have asked for better service, and it is alway how issue are resolved which make the difference.

Despite a delay in the delivery, due to the courier mislaying the parcel, the customer service from Louise was excellent. She offered a replacement or a refund and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.

I have had several occasions to interact with Thomas Kent customer service over the past 2 years, mostly recently today. On each occasion I have had a prompt and professional response and a resolution to my queries.

I have made several purchases over the past 2 years and find their products, and would not hesitate to recommend this company and its products.

I ordered 2 different colours of cuckoo clocks, both came extremely quickly, I decided Id like to return one for a different colour. I did this and Thomas Kent promptly refunded me, I then ordered a different colour and again it was dispatched immediately. Customer service was very good and no problems at all with my clocks.

Clock came great condition and love it. Problem with DPD but staff very helpful and resent it for no extra cost and made sure I was able to collect it! Would use again!

Got our new cuckoo clock - love it! A bit of trouble with the DPD delivery but Thomas Kent were really helpful sorting it out

Ordered the CUckoo clock and had to return it as gift was not suitable; service and response from central team was amazing, quick, efficient and very understanding. REfund received very quickly.

Brought a juniper wall clock in the sale which was a fantastic price. Delivered super quick, well packaged & in perfect condition. The colour didn’t quite match the room I wanted it to go in (my fault entirely!) and when asked about returns they were super helpful and explained the process. I subsequently changed my mind about returning it as I liked the clock so much. Great customer service & product. Louise was especially helpful.

I bought a beautiful oversized clock for my kitchen.
Unfortunately iy was the wring colour so I ordered a second. They customer service team could not have been more helpful and I am very pleased with my second purchase.
