Third space soho is a amazing club gym , the facilities are amazing the team are so well engaged and knowledgeable, this is a amazing gym to join and good value with classes and PT to suit all members needs

The equipment is first rate at Third Space Soho, especially since the new machines were fitted on the ground floor. The highlight for me it the Third Space team, they are welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.

Exceptional facilities, welcoming staff, and wide variety of classes.

This place is life changing!

Friendly team. Good atmosphere and good swimming pool facilities. Has sauna/steam and usual gym equipment. Smaller than some but that helps with the friendly personal atmosphere. I use it regularly as a result.

I had repeated unauthorised and unlawful charges from Third Space Canary Wharf.

They continued charging me for private training sessions two months after they had ended and increased the amount from the agreed £240 to £585 per month without consent. My cancellation requests were ignored, and charges continued despite clear notice.

I had to recover the payment through my bank. Now they are threatening debt collectors instead of resolving their own billing mistakes.

Extremely poor and unfair business practices.

This has been the worst gym experience I’ve had in London, especially at this price point.

For months there have been hygiene issues, including persistent strong body odour in the training areas. That alone is unacceptable for a club charging around £250 per month.

The final incident happened during my last visit on Friday, when I found actual human shit left in the shower area. I have photographic evidence. That was the breaking point. No one paying this kind of money should ever encounter something like that.

What makes it worse is how cancellation has been handled. I requested to terminate my membership immediately, yet emails go unanswered and there is no urgency shown despite the seriousness of the issue. For a “premium” brand, the response has been as poor as the hygiene.

I have trained at Equinox as well, at a similar price point, and the difference in cleanliness, environment and overall quality is significant. If you are considering spending this amount in London, you are far better off going there.

After what I experienced, I will not be returning

Amazing gym, has everything you need. Great classes like Hyrox, spinning, Hot yoga and Reformer Pilates

After more than a decade working here, this place was more than just a job, it was home. I gave over 10 years of my professional life, built a fantastic community, and truly believed in what we were doing.
The way my time ended was incredibly disappointing and has made it difficult to return or even view the organisation in the same light. When you invest that much of yourself somewhere, you hope your departure will be handled with respect and integrity.
As my one-year anniversary since leaving approaches, it’s clear how much the experience impacted me. I don’t regret the years of hard work, but I do regret how it concluded.
I hope that in the future, I will be able to return to a place I once called home, with fonder memories and a warmer heart.

Very up market facilities and great clsses

I’ve been a member for about three years now and I honestly can’t fault the team. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful, no matter how busy it is. There’s one bloke in particular who used to be upstairs on the gym floor and is now at reception, he’s always professional and you can tell he really puts the work in.

What’s also stood out over the years is how much the club keeps improving. There’s always something being updated or made better, which you don’t really see at most gyms. It feels like they actually care about the member experience.

It does get busy at certain times, but that’s pretty normal anywhere decent. Overall, it’s a great place to train and the team make a big difference.

The facilities are gorgeous, staff are kind and helpful, and there’s lots of classes every day to suit all schedules.

Worth the cost of a membership as long as you go regularly!

Third Space Soho is, quite simply, one of the best fitness spaces in London — not just because of the facilities, but because of the people.
The front-of-house team are consistently warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. They remember names, greet you with a smile, and are always happy to help — whether it’s sorting out a booking, answering questions about classes, or just making you feel comfortable if it’s your first visit.
The yoga instructors deserve special praise. The quality of teaching at Third Space Soho is exceptional. Each instructor brings their own style and personality, but what they all share is attentiveness, clarity, and a deep knowledge of the practice.
It’s a place where you feel supported, motivated, and genuinely looked after. Highly recommended.

Great gym. Great place to hangout. dynamic vibe. friendly staff. yes it is expensive but just think of all the money you save by not wasting in a pub/bar.

A brilliant gym, with a huge range of classes. The instructors are focused on each individual and helping perfect the right technique. The spa area is fantastic, beautifully kept with good facilities. I would definitely recommend.

Simply the best fitness centre! Amazing facilities, equipment and various classes to any taste. To recover after a workout and relax the muscles, there are Theragun massagers and Normatec compression boots at your disposal. Fitness food corner on the ground floor is a bonus - offers great coffee, protein shakes and healthy food. You can easily spend an entire day at this fitness centre having a sport+spa day! Love it!

Very good gym. Gym floor has lot of space, natural light and very decent equipment. Level of busyness in mornings is just right - not empty, not crowded. Hope they keep it that way!

Reformer Pilates studio is excellent. Wide selection of very good classes.

Compared to some alternative boutique options - HIIT/circuit/cardio type classes not quite as intense, which is bit of a shame - I guess because they have to cater to wider audience. And like most large gyms isn’t especially social. Customers very respectful though and not pretentious.

If willing to spend a lot on fitness then I think very worth the money for an all round very good offering and environment.

Third Space Richmond is such a great gym, the trainers are all very helpful and I want to give a special mention to Antonio Rodrigues who is always a pleasure to have a chat with.

One guy at the front desk is extremely rude, curt and dismissive.

Also their cancellation policy is that you have to give a full month, no matter the circumstances, I found out recently I have to move out the country and still they're making me pay an extra month because I'm a few days late on their 1 month notice.

With premium prices should come premium customer service, the lack of flexibility is baffling and reeks of predatory cash grabbing.
