Really good service and prices. Well packaged and swift delivery. Only reason I didn’t give 5* is they seem to have changed my usual order of toffee teacakes to a different recipe or cheaper version... Zobacz więcej

Old school pick and mix way better than bradleys who have ripped me off for about £60 when they unexpectedly dumped all my past orders in one email and I have never received half of them yet with this vendor I am extremely happy and I will be ordering from them soon as possible

Generally great
Generally great, although in the summer, it would be helpful to pack chocolate orders with ice packs to stop them from melting.

Sweets were great. Weather melted the chocolate
Sweets were great. Very yummy. Unfortunately due to the heat, the chocolate mix I ordered actually melted into one puddle mix haha noones faults as weather was ridiculously hot just disappointed as it was a gift for my partner.

Exceptional customer service
The Sweet Store offers great value and a wide assortment of products, which was perfect for a gift to a group. I received exceptional Customer service from Chris, who went out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly and that a thank you poem I'd written was printed and attached to the inside of the box. This involved several back-and-forth contacts, and Chris was consistently efficient, reliable and incredibly kind. I am now a loyal customer, thanks to his above-and-beyond assistance.

The chocolates look lovely and my son will love them for his birthday. I do feel they are a little overpriced though, bearing in mind you do also have to pay postage. Thank you
