Received the blood test kit in the post next day, unfortunately had a nightmare trying to obtain a sample. I’m unsure how anyone would be able to fill the whole vial from a pin pric(k) in your fing... Zobacz więcej

Phoned customer service prior to placing order and after as wasn’t sure on timescales for completing test. Each time very helpful Testing also finally gave me answers I’m now hoping to reorder!

Quick testing

Would highly recommend The STI Clinic.
Very fast testing and simple, easy to follow instructions.
And If you have any questions a helpline is available for you to use.

First test lost

My first sample sent through was somehow lost and therefore I had to wait a week before another test was sent out after chasing.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

I can see that the first sample appears to have been lost by Royal Mail and the second one was delayed with them. When the sample arrived, the results were processed in around 18 hours, but this is no consolation as there was a delay from the point of postage.

All items come back to us via RM24 Tracked, so most samples are with the lab the day after posting. I am very sorry this did to happen on this occasion.

I hope that we can be of service to you in the future and your next experience is more in line with those of other patients. As you will see from the other reviews, this type of issue is very unusual.

Amazing service

Amazing service! Very quick results and staff are friendly when you call and answer your questions to the best of their knowledge.

Very good business, happy customer

Good experience with this business, they provide an excellent service and easy access results quite quickly.

Pros:
- Very communicative - I emailed customer service and they were fast to respond.
- Easy access results.

Cons:
- Pricing is pretty high, especially for the comprehensive test sets.

The STI Clinic M Gen test can be trusted!

You can definitely trust The STI Clinic M Gen test. I've had several tests for Mycoplasma Genitalium in the past 7 months which I purchased from The STI clinic and another site. The tests from the other site came back incorrectly negative. The STI Clinic not only correctly identified that I had an infection but also went on to test for antibiotic resistance which helped speed up my treatment route. The STI Clinic test is a little more expensive but you get what you pay for, it's a very accurate service. I'm now M Gen negative and I used this service again to double check. M

Quicker than hospital

I had swabs taken from the hospital on 3rd May and still waiting on the results, so decided to pay for a private test, sent off on the Monday and results were with me by the Friday , couldn't ask for a better service , sent them to my GP to say whilst waiting on the hospital results , here are some private ones.

Quick and easy to use

Quick and easy to use, results were helpful. The only critique is I wish they’d have more advice for those who are pregnant when testing positive for something.
