I ordered some polo boots for my wife a few years ago and we love them, she says they are the most comfortable thing ever. I have just found some more beautiful boots but the size was out of stock. I had to write an email to be told they’d be in stock mid December and then I had to write back to order a pair. That’s fine but surely it’s better for business if this process is made easier. Why not allow me to place the order telling me when to expect them on the website? Just a thought-amazon make it so easy to order it’s hard not to, you should do the same. Anyway, can’t wait for the cordenarra(or whatever they’re called)boots to arrive for my wife. 5 stars next time?

Love my new boots although I feel the company could state somewhere on their website (If you already have I apologise as didn’t see it) about the apparent straight line down the front of the boots made during the manufacturing process. I appreciate this cannot be avoided but did make my overall experience a little disappointing when receiving them on quite an expensive product.

The boots arrived quickly, and just as quickly I realized that they were the wrong size, I spent $140 to return them to the UK. The postage is too prohibitive to try a second time. For same $ I should’ve bought in US.

Fantastic service and delivery time was very quick. I love my boots, they are excellent quality and very comfortable. I normally take UK size 5 but ordered a 4 as recommended on the website. They are generous fitting so they fit me perfectly.

I would like to commend Ellie on providing true concierge service. She assisted me with correct sizing as I was a bit lost on uk sizes and was extremely helpful in tracking my package during its journey to America. I had a lovely customer service experience and would absolutely recommend this company.

I found all the staff i spoke to really nice and friendly. I had 2 pairs but had to send one back for a smaller size and they credited my account with no problems as the smaller size will take 4 weeks appx.
I will have no hesitation in recommending them.

Amazing quality and brilliant dispatch speed

Good, solid leather boots. I'm usually a size 6 in UK, but size 5 is a perfect fit for me in these boots - follow their sizing guidance and it comes out with the right fit. No sole padding inside the boot, which is a shame, but comfortable nonetheless.

You guys have been Amazing, sadly let down by DHL who said no one was in, it was a lie. Front door open, 3cars in the farmyard, waiting “for the delivery “ Very frustrating, as apparently no service on Saturday.

I purchased a pair of Spanish riding boots but unfortunately they had a slight split by one one of the seems I contacted the company their customer service was absolutely excellent they replaced the boots with out hesitation. The
