I’ve been using the Soapery for many years.
To my dismay, my parcel box arrived damaged & the product was sent to me in 2 ziplock bags & I paid extra for the product to arrive in a 5kg tub. I tried to contact the company by phone & email, zero response from them. Their customer service is needs improving dramatically, otherwise they will loose customers. -2 stars for damaged packaging & ziplock bags.

My top 'go to' place for homemade skincare supplies. Such a great range of high quality pure ingredients - organic castor oil and rosehip oils being two of my favourites - at very reasonable prices. Their Raw Organic Cocoa Butter is the BEST- it smells gorgeous!

Great products. Bought a few products to make my own face oil and never using rosehip oil before I was a bit concerned at how orange it was. A quick Google search taught me this means it's excellent quality the darker the better and after mixing with some castor oil and sesame oil. A few essential oils for smell I made the perfect glowing face oil. Perfect for no makeup days. Their body butter is great too and with the free shipping I'll definitely be ordering more different butters and oils to try

I have ordered quite a bit from these. Free delivery and its always come.pretty quick.
The tubs are flimsy and I've had broken ones in the past (usually if I ordered via amazon though) the reason for 4 stars is because their data sheets are never upto date with batches - even the essential oils. They do,send them quickly.if you email but I just find it time consuming and tedious to do that so it does put me off ordering

Service is great they keep you informed every step of the way and delivery was on time. In fact always on time as I've bought quite a bit from them.

Ordered multiple times as a small business, and the Soapery have always been fantastic. Everything has arrived quickly, prices are very fair, and the ingredient quality is self-evident.
Once, a bottle opened in transit and spilled, they refunded me immediately and were super helpful.
Every time I've contacted them I've got a very prompt response and they've always been helpful and polite.
