Ho fatto vari ordini presso questa azienda, mi sono trovata sempre bene.
Rapporto qualità buono.

Circa 1 mese fa ho fatto un ordine, mi è arrivata subito la solita email per comunicarmi che gli articoli sono stati spediti, ma ad oggi ancora non ho ricevuto la mia merce.
Strano perché in genere sono molto veloci.
Ho mandato 3 email ma nessuno risponde.

Ho chiesto un rimborso, nulla. Spariti.
Ho provato a contattare il corriere ma loro non riescono ad aiutarmi…

j'ai fait ma commande le 18 février, le 4 mars, toujours pas de livraison. Impossible de joindre le service client après 4 mails et 2 appels à DHL+ La Poste qui ne peuvent rien faire pour moi

Seit mehreren Jahren habe ich ätherische Öle dieses Unternehmens gekauft, aber das, was ich dieses Mal erhalten habe, hat mich wirklich sehr enttäuscht.
Die gekauften ätherischen Öle – Lavendel, Eukalyptus und Teebaum – sind stark mit Trägeröl verdünnt. Die Düfte sind kaum wahrnehmbar, als wären es bereits fertige Mischungen für Massagen.
Ich arbeite sehr viel mit ätherischen Ölen und weiß genau, wovon ich spreche.
Es ist wirklich, wirklich traurig.

For several years I have been buying this company’s essential oils, but what I received this time truly disappointed me.
The essential oils I purchased – lavender, eucalyptus, and tea tree – are heavily diluted with carrier oil. The scents are barely noticeable, as if they were already ready-made blends intended for massage.
I work a lot with essential oils and I know what I am talking about.
It is very, very disappointing.

Great quality products, but the prices on some of them have dramatically increased over the last year. Totally understandable, when you consider the world as it is today, but nonetheless problematic.

The items I ordered were delivered quickly and securely, with packaging made entirely of cardboard and paper, avoiding any use of plastic. The products themselves were outstanding and offered at a fantastic price.

Very displeased. Will not order again. Received a faulty bottle. Was asked all sort of questions in a rude manner then the order was questioned as if I had time to enquire about things I do not buy. Will never buy again, and it would be nice if you guys learned kindness.

I bought a 1 ltr of Cedarwood Essential Oil and it smells terrible. It doesn't have an expiry date on it and I believe it is expired.

I have been buying this oil for my mum for years now.
It is not cheap and I first bought it when it was much cheaper and used to come in 300ml bottle.

This oil is amazing. Once you start rubbing it in, it gives off a strong smell of lemons. My mother uses it quite regularly especially in winter months. It has great smell and feel to it. It's not greasy and will easily absorb in skin, does a brilliant job to get rid of pain etc.

My mum has used many different oils available on market but thinks this one is the best of them all. It is not a cure for damaged muscles but does seem to relieve most of the aches and pains, no pun intended.
