No problems placing order or the delivery. However! the Argan oil I ordered arrived in an ordinary plastic bottle without any control over the amount you needed to pour. I tried to tip the bottle slightly so that only a little oil came out but of course it didnt and so my first attempt to try the oil had to be washed off my hands because it was far in excess of what I needed.

High quality products at great prices. Products always arrive quickly and carefully packaged. Outstanding customer service. I cannot reccomend this company enough for all your skincare crafting and aromatherapy needs.

I was pleased to find sodium hydroxide at a reasonable price, and charcoal powder (which I use for brushing my teeth).
However, I was disappointed with the quality of the coconut oil. It also came wrapped in polythene, rather than in a tub: I imagine that this comes in a tub when the weather is warm, so why not all year round?

The Soapery is a great resource for anyone wanting to make their own soaps and skincare.
I have ordered from The Soapery a number of times. I've always found their products to be high quality, and packaged well for delivery. Their prices (I think) are fair for the quality and range of products offered.
Their website gives detailed information about every product - its properties and uses, but also how and where it is sourced from.
The blog section also offers recipes, tips and guides to making your own. Super helpful, and I've been making my own lip balm, hand cream/body butter treatments, and even soap for a few years now.

I highly recommend The Soapery shop. I purchased most of my Soap ingredients from them. Soon im gonna launch my Soap business. Im so happy that I found The Soapery, without them my soap making will be limited ingredients. The customer service is 5 stars, I bought 1 kilo of coconut oil, unfortunately came broken tub, they immediately response of my concern and sent new 1kg of coconut oil, and also packed it well to avoid breakage.
