An absolutely amazing company to buy from. Offers low prices for high quality products. I bought some 5kg Epsom salt from here and the delivery was quick with no added extra costs. Through the whole process, I was alerted on the delivery stage of my item which was very helpful. Overall would definitely buy again as this company truly cares about Thier products and service.

My order was lost in transit. Annoying but these things do happen. I emailed the soapery and was impressed with how they dealt with the situation, they were quick to respond and offered a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement and the order was placed immediately and arrived promptly 2 days later. They even put in an extra bottle and tub of the products I ordered free of charge which was very kind. Very happy with them and will order from them again

Great products and great quick service would really recommend

Good products supplied at affordable prices. I suffer with my skin and salts help me immensely but the branded salts can be expensive. Very thankful for this supplier, during a time when everything else is so costly. Like many, I am struggling with my finances - The Soapery is therefore a Godsend right now

Received my order within two days. Great product, will last ages. When I ordered wasn't sure if it was going to be solid or liquid as the container confused me. I made the order anyway and it turned out alright, but I took a chance.

Oil became rancid well before expiry date.
The site doesn't allow product reviews, so I couldn't post about this.
I messaged them and was informed that a refund would be due as they guarantee freshness until best use by date. Great! Or so I thought....
A week later I asked where the refund would be going, as their order history doesn't show payment method, and I use various payment cards and PayPal for my online purchases. The unhelpful reply was to wait 7 working days and refund would be to original payment.
Well, we're now way past the 7 working days and no sign of refund.
TheSoapery has had hundreds of £ from me - this is not a good way to retain customers.

Shortly after my TrustPilot review (thank goodness for TrustPilot), an email arrived from The Soapery, saying that they'd read my review and found that the refund hadn't gone through due to my "payment method being outdated" and asking me to provide my Paypal details. So, The Soapery, if that were true, why did you not contact me until you saw my 1-star review?
It was utter nonsense, of course, as I had paid with Paypal originally, and the account has been the same for decades, with the same email address, so there was no question of an "outdated payment method" whatever that's even supposed to be.
Anyway, I immediately supplied my Paypal address (the very same one they have on file and is most certainly not "outdated").
Guess what? My refund landed within a couple of hours (so "wait 7 working days" was also nonsense, right, The Soapery?)
I got my resolution in the end but, although I can forgive one-off incompetence and/or mistakes, blatant lies are unforgivable. Do better in future, The Soapery.

The massage oils are gorgeous!! Wll certainly be buying more.

This company has been integral to my new found passion for making my own skincare. They do everything right; top class products, how to use the products, customer care, recipes, regular blogs and news about new lines, and delivery is free regardless of how much of little you order!
