Ordered twice from this company in March 2020. First order delivered late despite promise of next day delivery, second order delivered late again - this time with missing mesh as ordered two pieces at same time. Numerous phone calls and emails made through March into April (all unanswered).  Only when threatened with a dispute through Paypal did the director finally respond. He promised a full refund but after weeks of waiting nothing! Had no choice but to raise dispute with Paypal who decided in my favour in late May 2020. Save yourself months of hassle and do not use. Believe the poor reviews.. I wish I did!

Ordered 27th April and got an instant email acknowledging the order, since then nada ... no replies to emails or telephone

So paypal now involved

Over the years they have been a great company, but now I recommend avoid

As below, ordered mesh, nothing in two weeks, won’t answer emails or phone, avoid, wish I’d came here first!

Update, had to take PayPal action aginst them, still waiting on money

Well what do you know, it arrived and tbh it could be down to Hermes! The invoice was stamped 20th April so I’m going them the benefit of the doubt! I’ve had Hermes loose two things on me so I know they are useless.

Saying that, they do need to sort the correspondence out as its pretty poor

I ordered a 500mm square bit of mesh from the mesh company warrington,paid for with paypal.I tries phoning many times but got no response. I got one reply from mesh company,but it did not give me an answer to my questions. It is looking like I will have to involve pay pal.i have since received my order, but still no communication.

This was my first dealings with this company and to be honest I did initially have my doubts after seeing the negative reviews in Trustpilot!
However, 'The Mesh Company' Website was simple to navigate and the online purchase/order-placing was indeed very straight-forward. There was some delay and mix-up in the actual delivery process but to The Mesh Company's credit, they were exceedingly responsive to my emails. Given the extraordinary volumes of orders that I found out they have to handle on a daily basis and more to the point, during the current Coronavirus crisis - and the fact they are currently operating with skeleton staff - I was truly amazed they managed to handle the situation as well as they did. It took around 8 working days for my order to arrive, which considering the current climate, I believe they did quite well overall. I have to say that I wasn't too impressed with their Courier (DPD) who, via their mobile app, alerted me to delivery on a Saturday (as promised and paid for by the supplier) but although it had arrived at the local Distribution Centre by 07:00 hrs Saturday, it wasn't delivered until the following Monday. Clearly, this wasn't entirely The Mesh Company's fault, but the Courier is contracted by the supplier and as such it's an integral part of the same service - so unfortunately I have to mark down by one-star because delivery did miss the mark by a couple of days! The product, #3 Mesh St/St, was packed very well, is of high quality and is exactly as described on the website.
In summary, I would happily recommend this company and its huge range of quality products without hesitation and certainly would not put too much emphasis on the negative reviews, which I believe are not a true reflection of the company's abilities. From my experience and if you take the time and trouble to do your research, it becomes fairly evident this company has an acceptable professional standing and capability to serve its customers well, but along with many other organisations of similar standing, sometimes needs a little encouragement to make things happen. I would definitely purchase again but with one important caveat, in future dealings I would probably put more focus in chasing the order from the outset to ensure prompt delivery!

I needed to 'rodent proof' underneath a log cabin recently built in the garden, their 50mm mesh seemed to fit the bill.

I received the mesh and it was a little short so I contacted them. Their response was to immediately dispatch a replacement without requesting the first one back.

The product itself is just what I needed and good quality at a great price. Communication was spot on throughout the process and I will use this company again. One minor glitch but sorted immediately - fair play.

Never buy from this company! They take your money, send you a message saying you order has been sent! But it never arrives!

Item never received, repeated attempts to contact the seller by email and phone have failed, they do not respond. absolutely horrendous service, had to claim our payment back via paypal. DO NOT USE the mesh company! USELESS

Awful seller. Said he has posted items, didn't arrive, wouldn't send tracking info. Said he would post again, nothing received, wouldn't send me any tracking again. Said he would send a 3rd time, I was asking for my money back by this point. Further emails/messages ignored. Had to dispute through PayPal to get my £48 back. Disgusting.

Horrific company to deal with, purchased via eBay, no tracking number provided, never delivered, no refund given. The worst kind of people to deal with!

As per other customers have pointed out here 10 days later and no mesh. They have not responded to emails and phone calls just ring forever so you give up. Total lacklustre company run by inept people it seems.
Now having to go through PayPal to get my money back as they seem to think they can sell items and then not deliver. Theives.

Purchased from these through Amazon marketplace they took the money but the mesh never arrived, yet they say they sent it had to chase my money back wont be buying from these again

Terrible company last three orders I have placed always follows the same routine, you have to chase then chase and yep chase again
And you still will not get your order, they simply do not care.
SO DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE

Product is good, but takes 3 weeks for delivery(Only with the courier for 2 days so not their fault), when advertised as a 1-2 day despatch. This has happened on 3 x occasions therefore not an anomaly. Do not order off their website. USELESS. Clearly no order- delivery systems in place.

On another occasion they had run out of stock. No one told me this until i chased 2 weeks later. Offered me a refund.

Had ordered their own "100% Pure Cotton Japanese Wicking Pads", found them to be ok for wicking but not nearly as good as organic cotton. These pads are a synthetic cotton not organic and are quite slow to wick.
You can tell it's synthetic as it has a slightly abrasive quality when dry and the strands are a little stiffer and less able to cling to one another.
For the price,(£0.99per Pack Of 10) they makes a good standby, but not by any means a first choice.
If your a chain vaper you would do well to avoid this.
