Absolutely superb! I ordered a personalised gift for a friend’s special occasion and was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time. I contacted them and the amazing Helen went above and beyond anyone’s idea of reasonable customer service! She responded immediately, over several emails that afternoon AND into the evening AND the following day. Helen helped me navigate the unfamiliar territory of PayPal and was so completely lovely and kind and efficient and helpful.
I received the gift the very next day and when I emailed her to let her know and thank her (again) she responded immediately with a lovely kind reply.
Whatever Helen is being paid, it isn’t enough!! The world needs more Helen’s!

I ordered a personalised slate it turned up dented which I sent photo evidence to their poor customer service team to which said they said they can’t see in the first 4 photos any damage so I sent two more photos. There response was “natural slate” no it’s not it’s a dent and the quality overall is shocking you can hardly see the photos. There responses are quite frankly awful made to feel your lying. Iv ordered serval slates from “Always Personal” which are great quality and always have had natural makings which isn’t an issue. But it is an issue when it’s dented and seeing there reviews I should have avoided but they haven’t linked Google or trust pilot to their website for a reason!! Trying to support a small business and put your trust in them your personal photos and writing and getting a patronising email from Amy to begin with then Helen. By the looks of their 1 star review there same responses are because of the “natural wood” “natural slate” no it’s because the bad quality products there making and are satisfied to send them out to customers. Also there no return policy for personalised products which is the whole nature of there company to which they keep getting away with sending over poor quality product and when customers complain nothing gets resolved and they carry on. I’m waiting for their response to be copied and pasted from other 1 star reviews responses to deflect from their poor quality products and customer service.
Avoid the headache and buy elsewhere.

This is an edited review, I didn’t have the best initial experience with LKC unfortunately. However after speaking with Helen and expressing my disappointment, she went above and beyond to rectify the issues. I have now received a box that meets my expectation and a quality image of my beloved frenchie.

Please be aware when ordering the below box that you can receive a photo that’s been distorted by the grain of the wood.

Awful item. The printed pictures are not smooth and glossy as shown in their product photos. The wood is rough and the photos have grainy streaks through them. I appreciate that it’s wood but it should have been prepped properly or show proper pictures on the web page because if I saw this I would never wasted £45 on a wooden box of such low quality. The pictures have big white looking streaks through the dogs black eyes, it looks ridiculous. I would understand a grain underneath but it’s not underneath it’s through the actual picture because of the poor quality of the box. I took a long time to pick a memory box because of the trauma of the way my dogs passed and the sellers response was … it’s wood, sorry you’re not happy. Terrible quality and customer service. Such a disappointment. They say someone is in touch with me regarding this which is not true, they’ve replied saying sorry it’s wood and have ignored my contact since then. They say they make them for lots of customers… read the reviews on their website … they get lots of 1 stars due to the rubbish they send out and the awful customer service. They make money taking advantage of people’s grief and don’t care if they add to it. Scum.

Update - Saying sorry you’re not happy but that’s what we provide is not customer service Helen. It states on the listing there is a grain underneath which is fair enough but not that it would be through the pictures to the extent they would have big scratch like grains where it’s effected the colour if the print. Again no actual product images on the site just digitally enhanced ones. It’s a shame trust pilot doesn’t allow pictures because it would prove I’m not lying so for anyone reading this jump on their Etsy page and have a look at my review with the pictures attached so you can see they are what I’m saying is true and this is the way they their customers who are grieving. It’s a disgrace! Also I just checked and I’m still waiting on a response from Wednesday 19th August Helen, so less of the lies would be appreciated. If you had just handled this properly and allowed me to return the box to be reprinted properly, you wouldn’t need to be on here trying to defend your low quality products and shoddy service.

Well made keepsake box. Fast delivery and well packaged. Printing on the box is beautiful.

The personalised Xmas bauble was not as I expected from the photo. The laminate inside looks curled up and doesn’t fill the bauble as shown. Therefore in my opinion it’s not very festive. No extra glitter or even a nice little bow around the neck would enhance it. Sadly I am disappointed.
It all arrived safely and well packaged. I cannot fault the service. End result disappointing.

When the box arrived it was everything it promised to be ,the size ,colour,writing everything was superb.

Excellent communication about the product. The product itself is fabulous. It’s a present for my new daughter in law so I hope she likes it as much as I do.

The personalised box was lovely, and well made and my friend loved it. I Would order from again, only issue is that there is no shipping option to the Isle of Man, and I had to have it sent to family first and then onto me which was not convenient, and cost me another £15 on top of the box cost. I'd have happily given up the "free" shipping, to have it delivered straight to me.

Quick service and on the whole please with the purchase. I bought this in memory of my mum and as shown in the details you can put a photo back to back. However, on doing so it once the frame was put back into the block it opened up at the top as the block was an extremely tight fit and squeezed the bottom too tightly, my husband had to file the opening to make it bigger and is now OK
