Price was cheaper than its competitors. Was unsure but took the risk however I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered on the weekend and delivered next working day as promised. Was sent several emails from when order recieved, shipped with tracking number. A follow up email with an invoice was sent too. Overall great experience and will be looking at them for future purchases.

Purchased a very nice new Asus laptop at a significantly cheaper price than anywhere else. It was last years model but still good value for money and just what I wanted. It was with me the next day and yes, it was properly packaged and sealed as new. I registered it and had a query with the warranty. Hannah replied promptly and helped me with that. One very satisfied customer - thank you!

Product arrived super quick and the price was excellent. The supplied uk cable wasn't compatible with the docks power brick, luckily I have a load of kettle leads to hand so it didn't cause me any problems but something to be mindful of.

To be fair to IT bay the manufacturers shouldn't be so cheap and provide the UK cables themselves, I've had similar problems from other suppliers

Website was easy to use. Easy to find the monitor I was looking for, add it to my basket, checkout and pay. They communicated very well, through the chat app, and via email. They asked if they could help during the checkout process, sent order confirmation and with a VAT invoice. Monitor was delivered 2 days early, in secure packaging. And the monitor worked straight away out of the box. Would buy a monitor from them again. Best part was they were cheaper than amazon!

Greetings Folks, IT bay is a great company, with great staff who are very helpful and respectful. I bought a laptop 12 month ago, woke up one day and there was a bit locker on my system which i did not activate or have a number to. I tried everything, ask everyone for advice to open it, unsuccessfully. Finally i called IT bay and from the first word to the last, they understood, supported and solved the issue for my computer. I cannot recommend more highly. Good products, great support, wise tekkys, friendly, positive, if you don't believe me , try them , you wont be disappointed..

I was looking for a portable monitor and searched on google shopping for the best price and got back itbay.com as my top result. I hadn't heard of them so I checked their reviews on both google and trustpilot and decided to go ahead. I was unsure about the warranty so I had emailed them and they responded promptly. I would like to report that they delivered next business day, and I am super happy with their service and price and wish them all the success. I am sure they will continue to benefit their customers. After talking to live chat { Louis } and arranging which laptop i was after and which upgrades i would like ordering was a very simple exercise. i was kept very well informed and the laptop was delivered promptly and when arranged. Can't comment on after sales yet obviously but so far so good.

I bought a PC from IT Bay at a very reasonable price. Just out of warranty there was a problem with it and I had to return it to Lenova for repair. Lenova were very disappointing in their service but IT Bay were wonderful - asking how things were going and following up with Lenova on my behalf. I would recommend them highly.

Wow ... faster service than Djokovic!!! They were magnificent. After several days messing around with Lenovo themselves. I placed an order with IT Bay & believe me they are amazing. I was hesitant, never having used ITBay before, but they are great. My concern was totally unnecessary.You get to speak with a real person who is genuine, knowledgeable and helpful. In my case this was Jacob. I'm a proper technophobe, but he was just lovely and so reassuring. I placed my order on Monday at 3pm and it was here by 9.15am on Tuesday - that is 21 hours ... fantastic! Not only did I get excellent service, but saved £100 into the bargain ... YEP £100!! IT Bay's price was £100 cheaper than buying direct from Lenovo, who wanted £770 for the exact same laptop that cost me £669 with these guys. Its a no brainer. They are AWSOME! Fast delivery, item good price and in great condition

From Louis the real person (not a chat bot!) To the ease of the transaction on their website to the delivery and follow up communication, they've been polite and diligent. They've not hassled whilst on their website, just asked if they can help. So for me personally they've demonstrated some first class service. So I would definitely use again. Oh and that's all without mentioning they were the cheapest price on two new Dell Ultra Sharp monitors. Even cheaper than Amazon!

Louis the city fan who knows Liverpool is better than Man city helped me out a lot today. Was looking for a docking station that would be suitable for offices and he sorted me out.

Ordered a desktop computer (new stock of last year's model at a great price) on Friday morning and was with me first thing on Saturday morning. Product was really well double boxed for transit and great communication from the company - highly recommended.
