Easy, Efficient and fantastic service
This would have to be the easiest experience I have had in ordering and having a hamper delivered. The service, even when one of my hampers had to be re-directed to the local post office for collection, was absolutely outstanding. For the cost of the hampers, the quality and customer service experience is outstanding.

Ordering on the website was quite good but did not clearly set out where the senders and recipients names should go.

Late delivery
I cannot rate the hamper as it went to a friend for her 80th birthday, I do however rate the delivery as poor.
The Hamper did not arrive until 4 days after her birthday which was extremely disappointing and embarrassing as I live interstate and was surprising her with the gift.
I have since found out the hamper was first class.
