The Globe Saga
While the staff where very helpful, never received my order and ended up getting a refund after 2 attempts of ordering a light up mirror, I was originally send a globe, so my "mirror" was then sent via express post, I opened it, and to my suprise, another globe! I was starting to wonder if it was a build your own and i was being sent peices at a time! However I couldn't risk trying again as this was for my daughters 10th birthday in less then a weeks time now.
Like I said, staff via email and phone where very helpful and professional, however I now wont ever be ordering from giftbox online again.

Amazing customer service!!!
I purchased an item with a slight issue. I contacted Customer Service. This team was amazing! Jumped straight into action and sorted the issues immediately. The product is also fantastic just a small issue that was rectify with Giftbox quickly.

although my package was missing content…
although my package was missing content when i spopke to customer service and provided evidence of the missing item an tampered package . it was quick and easy to rectify the problem and a new item came just days later

Lovely Customer Service Agents!
Giftbox has wonderful customer service, they kept me updated and well informed to what was going on with my order.
for context my order was a same day delivery but none of the products were in WA warehouses, Elora informed me that the package had been upgraded to express post - no additional charge.
Overall Elora was an absolute pleasure talking to and sweet! I've had both in store and online customer service both were exceeding expectations and satisfactory. such a lovely store!

Gift box are good just went to their store in northland's. The guy opened my bling pink swig cup lid. I had given up it was so hard to open great service and help.

Great purchase!
My son is very happy with his new speaker. He says it’s the best thing he’s ever bought for himself! Loves the lights! The young man at the counter was very patient as we tried to get afterpay to play the game. Very patient indeed! All round great shopping experience.
