Communication
This is not a comment on the product itself but when I booked it said and I paid for express delivery on 1st July. However, apparently you were doing stocktake on the day I put the order in ie 30th June and the order would not be put through until the following day for delivery on 2nd July! I did speak to a customer service person who said there was information on your website regarding the stocktake but this I did not see. Customer service has agreed to refund the delivery fee.

When you want to delight someone...
It was so easy to book this Hamper for my friend online. Her sister had past away and I wanted to send her something that would delight her everyday. The Hamper has done that and more. I was kept up to date with the delivery and it was delivered when they said it would be. The Hamper Emporium is now my go to place when I want to delight someone with the unexpected.

Great hampers to reward your guests and staff
I like the quality and great and different products better than having the same stuff always. What was bad this time is that quite a few consumable products had a very short shelf life wich is disappointing. What is a great service quality is it allows you to use your own business branding which is very unique and I like very much
