Superb service

Managed to get the TGF x P&CO signet ring in the early drop and despite it being mentioned that it was a 4-6 week delivery time due to it being handmade to order, I received it within a couple of days!
Amazing service and even better piece of jewellery.

Third item I’ve purchased from The Great Frog and it’s always a great experience. Staff are excellent at making sure you get the right size and fit for the item you’re looking at.

While we were there they offered to polish rings I purchased from there a while back, and they look great again.

I will be back!

I’ve been coming to the Ganton Street shop for some 40 years now and it is still a pleasure to visit whether to browse or buy.

I have always had an exceptional experience with TGF. The products are always the best quality, their staff are always friendly and there’s never any sales pressure. Their customer service is always the best. Orders always arrive on time and I’ve never had a problem getting replies online. The new loyalty system is a much appreciated addition for a repeat customer like myself. In my experience, TGF sets the standard for how I expect business to be.

I visited with a severely small baby finger and I didn't think I would be able to have a ring made for that finger however EJ really helped me out. She measured my finger and helped me pick out the perfect ring. She went above and beyond and made my experience a positive one! Love this shop- Thankyou 🖤🖤

This business might have been good when the previous owners were not that greedy but focused on building a good business with good quality at low prices.
Probably the new owner is too busy counting money coming from the old owner's hard work and ignoring customers' emails and everything else as business wise.
Please leave this business to a competent person.

I’ve placed more orders than I have fingers over the years, which is no small amount of money given their high prices.

I’ve been waiting for a reply almost 2 weeks regarding a simple stock enquiry. I’ve sent multiple emails and received absolutely no response.

For a premium-priced brand, this level of customer service is disappointing. A basic reply shouldn’t be this difficult.

The entire experience with The Great Frog team was exceptional from start to finish. I ordered a ring from abroad and had a few time-sensitive questions (engraving options, sizing, and shipping). Matilda was incredibly responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful at every step, always offering solutions and making the process feel easy.

When the ring arrived, it was slightly too tight despite careful measurements. The team handled the return and resizing smoothly, advised me clearly (including what to watch out for with the engraving), and turned it around extremely fast. I received the ring back in record time and the fit is now perfect.

This level of customer care is rare: proactive, reassuring, and truly professional. Thank you again for your patience and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I have sent them two enquiries about the possibility of having a ring made in 950 Platinum. The first email was sent on the 29th of November 2025, the second email was sent on the 4th of December 2025.

It is now the 17th of December, and still nothing. Not a peep out of them. Very rude.

I shall go elsewhere, then.

10 years ago the Great Frog made me a beautiful 1/2 skull rings in 9 crt gold. It was cast from the mould the used for their silver item. Absolutely beautiful at £400

Last year I asked for a quote to get their "Death From Above" silver ring to be cast in 9crt Gold. They quoted £4,000 due to the artistry involved.

It's only 9crt gold using an existing mould!!!

I ordered a snail silver ring, after I've seen this on Instagram: a woman has had one in her hand, and I found this amazing ! They send one exactly the same like that one. This was long time ago, approximately over one year. I live in Italy. No duty when delivered. I've seen a lot of snail rings in internet stores, but NONE Is perfect and detailed like their ring ! Expensive price, but this ring is real pretty !
