I’ve been wearing the Haima hematite bracelet daily for about three weeks now, and the first thing I noticed was the weight — it genuinely feels substantial, not like the flimsy elastic ones I’ve tried before. I ordered two bracelets on 01/10 and still haven't received them.
I tried contacting you and received the same reply twice. It looks like a scam company at this point.
I hope I’m wrong but at this stage I think I lost my money

I ordered a Haima 7X brake pad set from MyHaima in early September, mainly because local parts shops quoted me nearly double. The site was easy enough to navigate once I found my model year, though the search filter took a few tries. Shipping took eleven days to Manchester, and the box arrived slightly dented, but the pads themselves were fine and correctly matched. Fitting went smoothly. One gripe: I got no dispatch email, just a tracking number three days later. Their WhatsApp support did reply within an hour though, which helped. Genuine OEM parts at a fair price — I'd use them again for filters.

Order was shipped and delivered very quickly.
The bracelets themselves are very becoming.

I have not received the bracelet yet, but the address was entered incorrectly. I was told that customer service was available 24/7 and that if i sent an email it woudl be responded to within an hour. I have sent 6 emails over the last 2 days about changing an address, and there has been no response. I have replied to the customer service email address as well as to the "automated" emails from Emma, who states that the bracelet is on the way. While I hope I am wrong, I am not feeling very positive about a product when I can't get a simple response to my email.

I wanted to love this product, brand and company. I ordered a bracelet last week and asked the chat on their website if it shipped from China. The chat replied that No, it does not ship from China. That is ships from the US and is a US company. I am currently waiting for my package and my tracking details state that it is, in fact, shipping from China!?!? Customer service has not responded to my email or message for 3 days about this.

So far everything seems great! Either the bracelet is doing what its promising or the placebo hit very quickly! Im back for more!

Ordered during the buy one get one sale. One arrived perfect and the other arrived broken. I reached out to customer service and was very quickly told a replacement would be on the way. Replacement arrived and was perfect! Customer service was incredibly responsive to emails and kept me updated throughout the replacement process with emails and shipping updates. Highly recommend!

I’ve only had my bracelet for approximately a week and I’m so happy I have it. I haven’t removed it once- I’m currently struggling with horrible menopause symptoms and I have not waken up drenched from day 1 I placed this bracelet on. I’m so grateful for this. I’m going to order another one !!

I just received the item in the mail today. It’s way too early to tell.

My bracelets came and as I put them on they were not laying flat and remained all twisted on my wrist. I am unhappy with the product and want to return, however the company will not respond back to me. I have reached out 3 times via email to customer service and they will not respond to me.

I have received a refund and a response from the company and am satisfied with the refund.

Beautiful looking bracelet, ive had several compliments when wearing them!
And i do feel like i have less hot flashes and more energy when wearing them!

I opened the box and it is shiny & beautiful!
However, I found that the piece was too big for my wrist to wear as a bracelet so Haima suggested I wear it as an ankle bracelet and that is what I am doing! I am very happy with that. Haima customer service responded in a timely manner when I let them know that the bracelets were of different sizes, both not fitting my smaller wrists and they made it right. Thank you!😊
