The Formations Company phone system was…
The Formations Company phone system was faulty, resulting in many calls, many of which appeared to be in a queue for c15 - 20 minutes and then cut off. Also the International ID process worked well for one Director and repeatedly failed for the other.
The help line, when I got through, were always polite and tried to recover the situation.

Onboarding cumbersome + annoying sales calls
Onboarding was cumbersome and caused a delay of two business days. I had to follow numerous times with their anti-money laundering and was given contradictory advice. Their UK phone number on the premium pack is only free for three months and you get super annoying and impertinent sales calls from the associated phone company. I did not permit my phone number to be provided to third parties for sales calls and this is especially upsetting when these obnoxious people steal my time and won't take no for an answer. I would not found with this service again.

Hounded by 3rd parties
The company formation experience is brilliant, but what I dont like is being hounded by 3rd party companies trying to sell products. Find it very unprofessional.
