Would recommend The Electric Bike Shop 100%
I cannot fault the service I received from The Electric Bike Shop in Sutton Coldfield. Initial communication was great in arranging for me to collect my bike, most helpful about where to park etc. When I collected my bike they spent so much time explaining it all to me, making sure everything was set up right for me and recommending which accessories I wanted and showing me the different options.
I came away feeling so confident that I had purchased my bike from them knowing that if I had any questions or problems they were there to help.
I was a little wary about spending so much money on a bike, but since I collected it I have had no doubts whatsoever that I made the right decision in buying it from this shop. I love the bike too.
I would definitely recommend anyone buying from this shop.

I am so happy with my bike purchased…
I am so happy with my bike purchased from this (sadly recently closed store!). I decided to wait a while before posting a review so I can truly say I have got to know my bike as well as their customer service. Well I have to say I am 100% happy. Luke introduced me to the world of electric bikes, answered all my questions and even looked after my dog while i tried of different models. I have to say the purchasing process was not easy FROM MY END- GREEN COMMUTE SCHEME was a nightmare organising from my place of work so looked elsewhere to finance it after keeping the team waiting 12 weeks for the green commute scheme to come good. When I picked my bike up I was delighted with the bike, customer care and all. Pretty upset that now they have moved so far away from me but they are worth the distance. Thanks folks.

Great guys

Very pleased with my Cube Nuride e-bike…
Very pleased with my Cube Nuride e-bike bought after phoning the Sutton Coldfield store last week - agreed to pop in whilst passing (to try out sizes) only to find this bike, that turned out to be the perfect fit & just what I was looking for, had been delivered that very day! Bought using the Ready to Ride service which was fantastic - delivered within a few days, adjusted properly for me and given a thorough run through of all the workings etc, can’t give the guys at Sutton Coldfield store enough praise for all their help & advice
