Purchased a yard brush with stays as a requested gift. The item is really good quality.
Unfortunately the handle arrived damaged, possibly from poor handling by the courier, but the company swiftly despatched another via a different company with no fuss whatsoever.

The website was easy to use and my order was dispatched and arrived in the time stated. The product was as described, would use again.

I ordered a Scrub Master™ Electric Spin Scrubber Cordless Rechargeable - Electric Cleaning Brush Handheld Power Scrubber via Amazon and then approached this company for clarity on use. Firstly, the product is great. It arrived well packaged and it feels like a well made quality item. I had a couple of queries which were answered promptly and I found that customer services were really good. Couldnt have been any better. I started using it on the bathroom tiles and they are now gleaming. No more manual scrub brush for me. Thank you Dust pan and Brush store.

I have just purchased the spray mop and I am so pleased with it. Easy to assemble and use. The spray gives just enough moisture and is very effective. A good sturdy structure….thankyou.

Ordered 16inch broom with handle one day, got it the next. Brilliant. The handle was exactly the same as a 11foot pole i already have so i now have a 12foot pole with brush. Exactly what I need to remove moss from the roof of our bungalow. One of the ACME threads is just the right angle. More important, it comes from North Yorkshire. Many Thanks.

A but meh. Not the most exciting product but I needed help and customer services was pretty rude. Could buy everything for cheaper from pound land without the obnoxious branding and constant emails. Products also took ages to arrive and one item was damaged. Lesson learned!

Brilliant dustpan and brush, also broom. Very pleased with use over time

I ordered the Microfibre Bendy Feather with extendable handle and Hand Duster set on 29th September and received it on 3rd October. The item was well packaged and I’m very pleased with the set. The extendable handle duster reaches right up to the ceiling and is brilliant for cleaning my blinds too. The two dusters are removable for washing, unlike my previous dusters which you could only shake to clean.
