A great brush, but the similar old 10" brush were angled better, and could get into easily any crevis, and corner.

Bought an item from this company through B&Q market place. Due to a picking error I was sent the wrong item. Contacted the company through B&Q and within an hour I received a message apologising and saying that the correct item would be sent. Mistakes happen from time to time, it's how they are dealt with which is a sign of great customer service so even though I initially received the wrong item I'm still giving a 5 star review for the quick and efficient way the issue was dealt with. Made my day to be frank and will definitely use this company again.

I ordered a number of nail brushes together with other items. Upon receipt of the order one of the nail brushes was absent, and I informed customer services of the discrepancy. Within a couple of hours the error was corrected with the missing item being dispatched the same day.

I have since ordered further items which arrived as ordered and in good condition. The items are good quality for the prices charged.

Unfortunately this company uses Evri as their courier. The orders take days to be delivered to them. The Evri website states awaiting delivery and this is shown for on average 4days. Then once they receive the item it takes a further 2/3 days to be delivered.

Companies need to realize that any courier becomes an extension of the company and therefore if the courier causes issues, the company issuing the item is blamed for the issues made by the courier.

I've bought a number of products and have been impressed by the quality. The prices are competitive and delivery is quick. The wood and brittles used in their scrubbing brushes is really hardwaring and looks good.

i am disabled , and the height of the dustpan set was ideal for me also it didn't lose some of the dirt onto the floor when I emptied it

Communication was excellent, parcel arrived on time.I have used the extendable cobweb brush and it reach all the high points. So far I happy very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend The Dustpan & Brush Store. Thank you

I have recently purchased items from this company and have found them to be of excellent quality and a competitive price.The wire brushes do the job they're meant to do, ie removing weeds from my block paving drive without me actually having to get onto the ground, as they are mounted on a pole to allow you to stand up to do it. The lady I have dealt with at the dustpan and brush store named Paula is extremely helpful, very customer focused and not only a real credit to herself, but also to the company. Great service, clean non smelly package. I have an immune condition that means most packages, from most places, make me ill due to the box and contents being very fragrance or mould contaminated. So it made a refreshing change to receive items that were from a clean, dry warehouse.

The product arrived quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the paint pad set I bought via Amazon from the Dustpan and Brush Store . Having used this product, I have found it to be so much easier than using paint rollers . There are far fewer paint splatters and the paint goes on the wall very smoothly. The different pads helped me paint right into difficult corners and along edges like window reveals without needing to use a paint brush. Excellent product

The brush is so practical especially for the mats in the car. It is solid, easy to hold and funcional. Handy too for grooves or coconut matting.
The bonus is buying British.

I placed an order for items and after I paid and received confirmation I was contacted with an update of extra charges, which I disputed, as the mistake was theirs not mine. The responses I received were unprofessional and rude. When I received delivery of my order, there was an item missing, I contacted the company regarding this, and Anjelyn replied with an apology, and said she would arrange to send the item out to me, she then contacted me to say the replacement was arrange. I then received an email from Paula, who was very rude, and said there was no replacement being sent out, as they were already out of pocket because of me. I found this very unprofessional, and have had to dispute this issue with my Credit Card company, I will not be purchasing anything from this company again, not because of their goods, but because of the way I was treated by the customer care assistant Paula.

Absolutely outstanding quality purchase, I searched for ages looking for an attachment for a new brush head as the one I had on my new brush had broken in transit. The items (I was expecting just one for the cost, but received 3 ), were robust and ideal for my requirements.
