I absolutely love my dress. It made my entire evening and was the star of the show. I would certainly order from them again. Just a reminder girlies, this is not fast fashion. the dresses are made to order. if you have an expected date, start your line of communication with customer service early. they were very responsive and willing to get Express delivery.

Told in writing my order would arrive before the 28th. On the 24th it still hadn't left the UK, and it arrived after the event I bought it for. They've refused a prepaid return label, saying the delay was the carrier's fault — but the tracking shows they hadn't given it to the carrier yet. I'm also out $50 in duties. Bad product, poor handling, horrific customer service. Will make every effort for more people to know this. Wasted time back and forth on 10 emails and they couldnt care less.

⭐ 1/5 — Terrible quality and extremely disappointing customer service

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Doll House, especially as I have ordered from them three times before and considered myself a returning customer.

The dress arrived broken, and the quality was nowhere near what I would expect for the price. The design itself seems fundamentally flawed: very thin, sheer fabric is being used to support extremely heavy embroidery, so parts of the dress started snapping off almost as soon as I put it on. For something at this price point, the quality of the materials and construction is simply unacceptable.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I found their responses condescending, dismissive and completely lacking in accountability. Rather than acknowledging the quality issue and trying to find a reasonable solution, I was left feeling as though my concerns simply didn’t matter.

Their prices are far too high for this level of quality, materials and customer care. After ordering from them three times, I’m particularly disappointed that this is how they treat a returning customer.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would absolutely avoid ordering from Doll House again and cannot recommend them.

I ordered the sira maxi dress with a 7 day lead time. They never sent it or proactively gave on update on the status of the dress - despite me following up on numerous occasions. They kept saying it is made to order and can take a long time despite it clearly stating the production timeframe on the website and product page when I ordered. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. They said they had processed the refund but I never received it. I think the website might be an absolute scam and now I'm out over 400 pounds. Do not trust The Dolls House.

Terrible company no customer service. I spent over $800 on a dress and I needed to order a different size and they never answered me. I think they are one of the worst clothing companies you can buy from and I do not recommend.

I am so upset that I spent almost a $1000 on a dress and what arrived was what looked like SHEIN quality trash. It took 2 months to arrive despite me contacting them with an Event date prior to buying and then saying they can accommodate it. What’s worse is the sizing was completely wrong. I bought a size small which had a waist measurement of 22in and no stretch. Wanted me to pay for it to be returned (from New Zealand to the UK) pretended the sizing wasn’t a known flaw even though I have spoken to 3 others who had the same issue with the same dress. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! You have been warned!

I absolutely love this brand , the dress was exactly as described and seen on the website. Customer service was very helpful on getting my dress here before my birthday , plus their clothing is an experience by itself …..I mean the brand speaks for itself . I would 10000% order from them again .

I sent back 3 items it’s been over 2 months still no refund. Now they stopped replying to my emails it’s horrible. Also I had to pay 300 to return items

Ordered my outfit for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! Such a cool piece and you could tell they really took time in the small details. One of my favorite outfits to date!

Do not purchase from this brand! The order wasn’t dispatched as promised and completely missed the event I needed it for - I even emailed after placing my order to confirm it would be ready in time otherwise I needed to cancel and they assured me it would. Weeks went by and I asked for a refund 4 separate times. They finally said they’d process it and it’s now been almost 2 months with no refund!! I keep receiving emails saying ‘sorry for the delay, we will follow it up’ but NOTHING! I’m $800 AUD out of pocket… absolutely terrible service.

The most unique pieces I’m in love!! Designed perfectly. Great customer service. Worth every penny so excited to wear everything I purchased on holiday! The best ever!

I sent 2 dresses back 3 months ago and still haven’t received a refund let alone the dresses.

Charlotte kept promising I would receive the refund but to this day not received a penny back.

Do not order from this company unless you are 100% sure of the size and item you are ordering or you won’t be getting a refund or return processed .

Amazing service from start to finish. Really attentive and sorted my order out effectively and fast! The clothes here are gorgeous. Shopped with them for years now x
