Do not order. I paid £350 for a dress they were supposed to alter as everything is ‘made to order’. When it finally showed up, 3/4 weeks later, not only was it not altered but it was genuinely SHEIN quality. I have since seen people selling “dupes” that are exactly the same for 10% of the price. They clearly send out one thing to influencers and another to regular customers. My dress had no lining, frayed edges and a flimsy zipper. I ended up asking to return it, after they suggested I could pay again for it to be altered. After returning this in August I have still not received my refund and they are refusing to give me any information on the matter, other than it was received with no issue in August. Please do not order from this brand, they are deleting comments on their social media regarding this and definitely posting fake positive reviews on here to hide the real reviews.

I have ordered my birthday dress and requested for delivery to be made by a certain date. The team was very responsive and accommodated my requests.

The dress looked incredible and everyone loved it. It is very delicate, which si important to note.

I had such a great experience ordering from The Dolls House. I needed a birthday dress and I reached out to customer support to inquire about a specific dress (the Mimi dress in Mojito) and they told me they would be able to mark my order as a priority order to make sure it would come in time and it did! One week early! I was so pleased by the actual dress as well, wearing it out was so fun and I’ve never received more compliments in my life!! Only ONE thing I will mention, is the actual make/construction of the dress— the halter straps are honestly way too thin to be wrapped around someone’s neck, the first time I tried it on it left indentations into my skin on my neck. So what I’d say for the team is to create a version of the Mimi dress with much thicker halter straps and I’m sure more customers would be more comfortable wearing this beautiful dress. I ended up having to replace the straps myself but it ended up working just fine! Overall I will be ordering from here again for the next big occasion! Thank you!

I ordered a beautiful set for my 30th birthday and am so happy with the quality :) I felt like a princess! Fit was perfect, very unique, and can’t wait to order ahain!

AVOID! Honestly avoid .. say they dispatch in 10 days i waited almost a month. In the end i had to contact my bank to get my money back. The whole process of chasing made me sick, Cieran was rude, unprofessional and argumentative and didn't do anything to make me feel like my money/order was in safe hands. All i can say is honestly if you are not happy don't waste your energy, go directly to your bank.

I emailed them asking for a custom mesh color for my dress so that it could better match my chocolate skin tone and they did it without any issue. My dress delivered to the US quickly. This was the best dress I’ve ever had and it was perfect for my 30th birthday. It was the “Mimi” dress. Amazing quality and worth the money.

I ordered the Madonna ruffle top in black and the shanninmini dress.. i'm soooo in love! The fabric and the cuts are amazing! True to size and perfect fit! I ordered from Switzerland and i had my packadge within 2 days! Defenitly will order again and again! ♥️
