Krystyna was amazing. Bought a ticket for an event as a Christmas present. I got a novelty ticket printed and sent it to the Chocolate smiths who wrapped it up in a bar of the coffee and stroopwaffel chocolate like something from Charlie and the chocolate factory.
The chocolate is incredible anyway which is why I asked them to do this but Thankyou Krystyna for going the extra mile and helping me out with my request. My wife loved it.

Totally worth it!
This company takes a while to deliver because they are small but it is so worth the wait!
I've had a couple of orders from them now and the quality of product is exquisite. I can recommend the black forest and nana's biscuit tin.
Great as a fancy treat or as a gift, I highly recommend!

Over priced and over hyped
This was my first and last time buying anything from the chocolate smiths. I purchased the dunk cookie collaboration bar. It took 3 weeks to arrive from date of purchase. The bar was a cookie slab, covered in caramel and coated in the thinnest layer of chocolate possible. €20.95 plus shipping for the quality that you receive is disgusting. With the price being so high I thought the shipping might be free, but nope, that’s an additional charge. And before I forget the expiration date is ridiculous. January was the expiration on the label. Not the end of January but the beginning. Very short shelf life.
The cookie was a bit oily with no real flavour beyond that. Now I’m not the biggest lover of biscoff to begin with but the biscoff spread was palatable. Better than what I expected in terms of flavour.
The chocolate was absolutely vile. Tasted like cheap, low quality ingredients. Wavy, tangy and sugary is the best way to describe the flavour. I’d go as far saying American chocolate tastes better than this. If the ingredients list are to be believed there was 48.6% cocoa solids in the recipe, so I’ll commend you on that. Also the chocolate portion of this bar was wafer thin, which broke way too easily. A toddler would be able to crack the layer of chocolate. To fill the gap, caramel was pumped in. Obviously done to cut costs and drive up profit margins.
The box presentation seemed to have gotten the most funding as it was actually well put together. The wrapper was cheap paper and printed from a cheap printer and ink. The gold aluminium foil was very thin and not at all sturdy.
It is clear as day that this company is all about producing the lowest of quality, while charging extortionate prices to have the biggest profit margins possible. Price per gram, I can get 100 times the quality for half the price from other companies. Oh and those other companies don’t add on shipping as an additional cost.

Firstly, the chocolate used in our bars is Luker Chocolate, sourced directly from Colombia. Luker is recognised globally for its exceptional quality and ethical sourcing. It supports smallholder cocoa farmers and pays significantly above market rates — values we’re proud to support, even though it comes at a higher cost to us. This is not low‑quality or budget chocolate — it’s some of the best available.
The Dunk Cookie bar was part of a limited-edition collaboration, designed to celebrate another brilliant small business we carefully chose for the quality of their products. Our collab bars are handcrafted in small batches and are intentionally indulgent — with textures like cookie, caramel, and chocolate in balance. The thinner chocolate shell is a deliberate design choice to complement, not overpower, the other elements — not a cost-saving measure.
We understand the shelf life felt short, but that’s actually a positive: our collaboration bars are made fresh and contain no preservatives, which naturally limits their best-before date to around two weeks. This speaks to the quality and freshness of the ingredients — not a flaw in the product.
Shipping is charged separately at cost, and always made clear at checkout. As a small independent business shipping handcrafted items internationally, we don’t build postage into our pricing — we prefer transparency.
Taste is, of course, subjective, and we fully respect that our bars won’t be for everyone. But to say we are driven by high margins and low quality simply isn’t true — we’re deeply committed to working with ethical suppliers, paying a living wage, and supporting other small makers who care about quality as much as we do.

Avoid… my order was not delivered spent £65 and all they could tell me was to file a claim with Royal Mail. Royal Mail have stated only the sender can do so but they don’t seem to care

We’re very sorry to hear you’ve been left feeling this way, but as explained in our previous communication, your parcel is showing as successfully delivered and no confirmation of loss has been provided by Royal Mail.
As a small independent business, we always do our best to help when things go wrong — and we’ve offered replacements and support to you on more than one occasion in the past. However, we also need to follow the correct procedures in line with Royal Mail’s policies. In cases where a parcel is marked as successfully delivered with a proof of delivery image, they require the recipient to open the initial enquiry so they can complete their GPS and delivery investigation before escalating it to the sender.
If Royal Mail confirms in writing that the parcel has been misdelivered or declared lost, we’re more than happy to review this again. Without that, we’re unable to proceed further from our side.

Very average chocolate
Very average chocolate, in my opinion. Not worth the £27 for 290g of chocolate. I see they are a 'living wage' employer and being a independant company they need to charge a bit more which i'm okay with (reason I played the order in the first place). Dispite that fact, I shall not be a repeat customer.

Amazing Chocolate - superb products
The chocolate they make is amazing and scruptions and all good things. You will not regret buying their chocolate and its sustainable and ethical too which is an added bonus.
The only thing i wish would be improved would be tracking on orders or having a better idea on expected delivery dates. But i'm sure this will come.

Dunk Cookie Collab Bar
The quality of the chocolate from the chocolate smiths is amazing and considering the volume of orders they receive and being a small ish business my order arrived very quickly. I had a query about my order and I got a reply so fast and everything got answered. I ordered the Dunk Cookies collab bar and at first I did think the price was a little steep but when the order arrived I understood why, the chocolate bar was huge and the quality of the chocolate, cookie and dipping sauce was all to perfection. I’m so glad I ordered two because I loved it that much. The customer service is great and the quality of chocolate is outstanding. I’d happily purchase from here again. :)

Love this brand
Those chocolate bars are really great. The caramel is so good, that’s my favourite. I didn’t like the stroopfel as much as I wanted to but I’m not sure why. The chocolate is great quality. And I love the wrapping.

Great chocolate but the whole buying…
Great chocolate but the whole buying experience is truly awful. No issues with the twice a week releases but not being able to buy once in your basket is terrible . No way of storing your details for a quick check out and while fumbling to put info in your basket is emptied.
