My situation required shipment within specific days for the chocolate bars to arrive to London first and then eventually to its final destination which is oversees. This wouldn’t have been possible without Krystyna’s help, she was there from day one answering all my questions regarding storage and helped with all logistics involved. I felt welcomed and part of the Chocolate Smiths’ family.
Will update this review once these bars end up in my belly. Cheers!

Golden Caramel = Divine! 😍
My order was received within the expected time frame which was great! ☺️ I bought the Savvy Baker X The Chocolate Smiths Collaboration bar and was really looking forward to receiving the product as I had seen so much marketing for it on social media.
The standout for me was definitely the flavour combinations! 😍 The golden caramel was absolutely delicious and the white chocolate ganache with Frosties infused within it was yummy. I also really liked the Brownie part of the Brookie, however, the Cookie part of it wasn't working for me at all, unfortunately 😔 It was dry and the moisture that I had expected to be there simply wasn't. It was the only part of the bar which I didn't like! If it only had the Brownie in then it would have been a 10/10! 😔
Overall though, I thought it was a really creative and indulgent chocolate bar with some fab elements, however, I do think the price was a little high for what it was. £18 would be better than £20 in my opinion. Yes, the £2 would make a difference 😉
I will definitely keep my eye on future products as I love the branding and flavour combinations! 😍

Not only is the chocolate delicious and unique, the packaging is so cute and fun. I was so in love with this chocolate as soon as I tasted it I couldn’t wait to place a second order. Highly recommend. Great as a gift or to treat yourself, you will not be disappointed.

I purchased the mini bar selection for…
I purchased the mini bar selection for my wife's birthday present as she was very keen to try ALL of the flavours on offer! As I was allowed to try (most) of the bars I can certainly vouch for their deliciousness. Now we have our favourites we have gone onto purchase the full sized bars which although do come at a premium price, I accept that knowing I'm getting s premium product. I also would suggest to anyone reading this, to make yourself fully aware of the FAQ section of the websit, as the delivery does take a while and they do use fresh ingredients so 'best before dates' of the chocolate bars do vary in that respect. But overall I can't fault what the chocolate smiths are achieving, great work peeps and I look forward to the new creations. 😊

Delicious chocolate
If you are a chocolate lover you must try a bar from The chocolate smiths! I ordered the hazelnut crunch bar and the black forest gateau bar. My oh myyyyyyy the black forest gateau bar is like a dessert! I couldn't stop eating it. It was my favourite of the two. Be careful as these bars are addictive! Highly recommend. Packaging is striking and gives Wonka bar vibes. Im excited to try other flavours. Well done to the team at the chocolate smiths! May I suggest a dark chocolate, cacoa nib and cranberry bar please? 😍

I ordered £40 worth of chocolate on 26th May 2026, I immediately got confirmation of the sale but nothing since, tried ringing and emailing, no response, terrible customer service, I will be contacting my bank to reclaim payment

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
For clarity, your order was placed on 26th May 2026 and was dispatched on working day 12, which is within our advertised turnaround time of 10–12 working days. This turnaround time is displayed on our website, product listings and order confirmation emails.
We can also confirm that we received your enquiry on 9th June and responded on 10th June with your tracking number and an explanation that Royal Mail tracking can take a short time to update once a parcel enters their network.
We appreciate that waiting for an order can be frustrating, particularly when you're looking forward to receiving it. However, we do feel it is important to clarify that your order was dispatched within the stated timeframe and that we did respond to your enquiry.
We wish you all the best and hope you enjoy the chocolate when it arrives.

We’ve ordered several times and have always been more than happy with these beautiful bars however, the last order not so. We found the chocolate on the passion fruit paradise was so thick it was hard to bite through and not much filling. It didn’t taste of coconut at all. Sorry guys this one’s not for us!

Passionate about passionfruit Paradise bar
Being a bit addicted to chocolate this time I had the Passionfruit bar. My God it was so delicious I ate it all in one sitting!
As it was during the hot weather it did make me feel I was somewhere tropical.
The coconut was the icing on the cake or chocolate for me.
I am now banned from buying chocolate as I have to save for holidays! But I am sure I can sneak a bar or three...
