**update**Beware of returns! Lack of customer service or money credited

** To be fair after hunting down a staff members email on another review site I contacted Bertrand she pushed my return through by the next day therefore I changed my rating from a 1 to a 4. They also did not charge me for the return which I appreciate.**
The ordering and delivery of my package was timely and seamless. It’s the returning part I’m having trouble with. They emailed me a Fed Ex return label. Their website says it wi email when the return is received which I did not get. I only No they got it through tracking for FedEx. It is now going to be three weeks and I haven’t heard a word or gotten any money credited to my account. When calling there is no live person to be reached only music once you press the department you want to talk to you. I fold a ticket via email- no response, I started a chat 40 to 50 person in line. I’m getting ready to make a road trip to Minnesota for my almost $200 back. Beware!! I see I am not alone. Many other poor reviews are for poor return customer relations.

Had a return that was sent to summit…

Had a return that was sent to summit supports (a company they acquired) and I was never made aware of or received a refund. As a consumer, I had no way to know any of this would happen.

After discussing the details on the phone with them, they agreed to send me a check for the amount of the items.

They have since changed course and said they are unable to do so. Now I'm out all of the money and there is nothing I can do.

Save yourself the hassle and do business with another company.

Unbelievably poor customer service.

Just like everyone else

Just like everyone else. Trying to get ahold of them to get help is a joke. I purchased a jacket. It got returned to sender never made it to my house. I spend hours on the phone I send countless emails. I will never buy from them again.

After my order got stucked by FedEx for…

After my order got stucked by FedEx for 4 weeks I received my order and I returned one of the jackets. Right now I’m trying to get my refund but the did not answer the phone or chat. Everything I’m on line for 4 hours and they reconnect me everytime. Not recommended! The Store is a joke and they scam people! Worst customer experience ever !

Do not buy anything from this website

Do not buy anything from this website! I bought a snowboard, booths. And 2 jackets. I payed extra for a 3 days delivery and I got them after 10 days.
I tried to contact them Several time, sent emails spent hours on hold but no one time somebody have ever answer. One jacket has never arrived… I guess I lost the money. For sure I will never use this website ever again. Save your money look on different online store where they have real costumer service.

Great coat for the slopes!

Update - just got back from Colorado skiing and this coat was excellent! I was warm in frigid temps (thin base layer and a t-shirt)

Loved the placement of outer and inside pockets - no issues with zippers. The high zip neck with soft inside layer felt great in my face and neck!

Love everything about this coat! Can’t wait to ski again in it!

Easy to exchange and get the correct size. Great price and helpful service over the phone! I really love the look and feel of the coat! Can’t wait to get out in the slopes with it!

I returned my order

I ordered a ski boot with a 98mm Last. I received a box that noted the boots had a 98mm Last but it turned out the boots in the box had a 102mm Last. I was using the CSR Chat tool and explaining the situation with Alison when the connection was lost. How ironic.
I shipped the boots back for a refund. This was my first and last experience purchasing from this company.

Ordered a snowboard in November for my…

Ordered a snowboard in November for my daughter for Christmas. Website said in stock and ready to ship! Still haven’t gotten the board. Can’t get through on live chat, keeps disconnecting me when I get to around number 4 in line. Can’t get through when you call. Have e-mailed them twice and finally got an e-mail back stating they are doing the best they can to get back to me. But nothing about my question in the e-mail about my order. Awful customer service and lies to the customer to get their money when they know they don’t have the available stock! Next step I guess is the Better Business Bureau!

Good product, great price

The Burton Profiles are as described. I haven't had a chance to take them out on the mountain yet, but I've worn them in the single digits a few times and I stayed warm. And the price for last season's gear was unbeatable, I could buy another pair and stay under budget.

I ordered skis for Christmas and was only charged

I ordered skis for Christmas and the web site stated they were in stock and charged my credit card. A week later, by tracking the order, the web site stated the skis were on back order. Now 2 months later the skis are on Fully Back Order. I would like to cancel the order and get my money back. Customer Service call line disconnected twice after an hour wait. The on-line chat, I have now been waiting 2 hours for someone. TheHouse charged prior to delivery, lied about what was in stock, customer service is terrible and I will need to check with my credit card company to attempt to get my money back.
