The Gothic Shop Recenzje

The delivery was amazingly quick and the quality of the dresses was really good. Very impressed.
My return of an item was handled quickly too. Excellent service.

Was looking for something new to wear out for Halloween, all my old goth clothes no longer fit 😔so had to purchase something new
Came across this lovely site
The reviews I read were great so took a chance. The dress I bought was really lovely fitting like a gothic skater fitted in all the right places. So lush. Had all the right compliments needed
The shipping was great and the price of the dress was great too as grabbed in a discount

Loved my skirt. Really easy to order my item. Delivery was on time. Well made and good value for money.

Love the products, very quick shipping.
Can only recommend them

I lost my veil with roses after being out in high winds, never noticed it come off, so went on the website immediately and bought it again and it arrived in a couple of days, I was so relieved as I really like this veil., no more wearing in high winds though.

Superb customer service! My order was quickly dispatched and delivery was free, but the best thing was that when I wanted to return the items, the returns process was so smooth and easy using Royal Mail website, and they even paid for it themselves. Free Delivery, Free Returns; didn't cost me a penny. Also, they processed the return within 24 hours of receiving it back. Thank you The Gothic Shop for treating your customers fairly and with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to order from you again.

My daughter wanted a skirt for her birthday that had sold out at the site I was going to purchase from so came across The Gothic Shop after some internet searching. Really glad I did, not only was the skirt in stock, it was slightly cheaper and arrived within a couple of days. No complaints at all and have given my daughter the URL so she can add to her favourites.

Have been ordering from here for the past three years. Great selection of gothic/alt cloths like Punk Rave Banned etc and accessories. Fast dispatch and arrive well on time. Definitely recommend this site.

Beautiful quality clothing, quick delivery and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I was amazed with the shipping time for my order especially for being in the middle of a pandemic. Bought two masks and a dress and was thoroughly pleased with all products.
Will definitely order from here again! 5*

Absolutely fantastic service all round. I ordered a face mask, which is beautifully made, fits really well, came with metal nose piece as well. Straps can be adjusted to suit your size. The shipping was super speedy and contact with the company has been extremely pleasant, very nice people! I would recommend massively! I actually also bought the skirt I wore for my wedding fron here last year and experience was the same, fantastic all round! Thank you!!

Very impressed with their service
Always send out your order on time
They send you lovehearts with your orders which is very sweet <3 xx

Plenty of choice, Great service, Fast delivery and Great prices

And again The Gothic Shop does not disappoint. Even in the holidays the delivery was super fast, the items were exactly as shown on the site, fantastic prices.
Oh and the sweets...thank you for the "extra". :)
I'm already checking their site to see what I'll be buying next.

I've been shopping on and off with The Gothic Shop for years and have always been very pleased with their service. They send orders out quickly and unlike some of the bigger alternative companies who hold on to your money for weeks, The Gothic Shop handles returns extremely efficiently - I've even been refunded the same day a parcel arrives back to them. THAT'S how to do things! Free returns is a must these days, it gives you confidence shopping online when sizing can be variable, it's really great that they offer this. Love the touch of the sweets as well, sounds silly but I always get a little bit extra excited knowing there's a little treat waiting in the bag! It's the little touches ;). A company with integrity and the human touch. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended.

This review was not requested or incentivised and I do not know anyone who works at The Gothic Shop. I was motivated to write this review as I believe in rewarding companies with an ethical operation.

I've been shopping with the Gothic Shop on and off for years. I've never had any problems with them. Orders have arrived well packaged and in good time. The only time I received a faulty item, they got back in touch really quickly and sent a replacement item once I sent them pictures of the fault.

They're an excellent and professional company.

Lovely staff, everything arrives quickly and well packaged.

All was ok. Would buy again

Fast delivery, high quality products that looks exactly like pictured. Definitely a favorite. Thanks!
