Enjoyable visit, BUT.......
Efficient staff member on front desk. I had ordered on line so she was quickly able to direct us to the allotted lane to begin bowling. The only disappointment was regarding the games machines in an adjacent area. One of these asks customers to spin a wheel and depending on the prize, then gives tickets which can be exchanged for sweets/toys etc. Every time we have used this type of machine it always fails to give the full amount that has been won. My grandson told a member of staff about the problem and stood by the machine, but no one came to sort it out. It's definitely not a one off issue as it has happened on our last 3 visits. Once again spoiled the trip for my grandson.

One game of bowling and 1 hour…Nottm
One game of bowling and 1 hour kareoke just over £100 (6 people). It was very cold inside the evening we went and unfortunately the food was cold and a little like cardboard! It wasn’t ready before our bowling game started so staff kindly agreed to bring it to us but something went wrong and staff said they hadn’t got the message. The team were doing their best on a busy evening

Bowling is great but the seating is naff if you’re expected to eat and play. No space for food to go while playing if there’s more than 2 players.
Also the bathrooms always stink like they have never been deep cleaned

Honestly I’m not sure I’ll return
Honestly I’m not sure I’ll return. Booked a family ticket and needed to add an additional student on arrival, got charged £16+ to do this as they can only add an adult.
The venue was cold, we didn’t take our coats off! The lanes are still segregated with Perspex screens from Covid and the seating per lane only accommodates 3people meaning half our party were stood up for the whole 2 games. The balls got stuck and the alert button on the electronic screen did not send anyone to help and we had to seek out a member of staff to rectify this. Drinks were served from bottles and no glass or ice accompanied them, without us having to ask.

Great Offer & Experience
We are a disabled family & the great 2 for 1 offer meant we could not only go again for a Christmas treat BUT we could afford for all 6 of us to go as a family. The experience there didn't let us down either and the service was exactly what we wanted
