Was rubbish
Was rubbish, balls were rubbish all mainly small holes staff not botherd to help and the lanes kept getting clogged up. On 2 games between 3 people mush have got clogged or malfunctioned atleast 15 times. Sat around waiting for staff to come and sort it out.

I booked 2 games and food online
I booked 2 games and food online. I expected the food to arrive sometime during the first game. It didn't arrive until half way through the 2nd game and we didn't have time to eat it before we finished the game. When the game finished the next players turned up and we had to grab the food and move. Not a great outcome.

We went to have some family fun with our children, They all had a brilliant time and all staff were excellent as always.

Technical issues and no drinks arrived
We arrived at our lane and after the first bowl there was a technical issue. We asked 4 members if staff for help and they radioed for a reset but it didn’t work. We then asked to be moved to another lane which worked fine.
We ordered a round of drinks that never came. We were up and down to the bar but no one was there. After an hour and 15 it transpired that the order was mistakenly cancelled so we bought a round from the bar at the end of our two games. It was my birthday and not an enjoyable experience. Too many young staff and no management. I won’t bowl there again.

Had an awful experience a few months…
Had an awful experience a few months ago and was told to go in for a free game of choice and food, 3 occasions I visited the entertainment centre and got denied this request. Numerous times now I have responded back to the original email with ‘given voucher’ and all communications have been ignored.
