Disappointed
One member of staff was left on her own at 5pm when we came to do check ins, take food out and do drinks. The drinks we ordered took 40mins to come because of this which wasnt her fault. The areas were quite untidy but with a lack of staff I'm not surprised.
We hadn't finished our game when our time ended so the screen just cuts off and play stops without a warning so no idea what the scores were which is disappointing when you take children to play

Lovely atmosphere
We have been here many times and every time we have received excellent service for all staff members.
The place is also kept clean even when at busy times.

Quick check in, albeit we were slightly late due to an unexpected overrun of time on the Karting experience.
Easy to set up players & lanes
Food can be ordered directly from lane QR code.
Prompt arrival of food but the Champion Burger was not the best, flavourless & the bun was bland.
Bowing great, plenty of bowling balls allocated.

Good day out at Castleford
Good day out at Castleford. Staff helpful and accommodating as we were 10 minutes late due to traffic. Fun game of bowling and the arcade games. Grandchildren very happy. Easy to book online and good value for money. Surroundings clean and welcoming.

Unfortunately the bumpers on the lane…
Unfortunately the bumpers on the lane we were playing on only worked on the left hand side. The bumper on the right only raised up for the first half of the lane but was stuck at the bottom of the lane, resulting in lack of enjoyment for some of my party. Sorry.
