Selling tickets is in the DNA of our company. The passion for sport, with tennis in particular, was central to the establishment of Tennis Ticket Service. It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of tennis matches. Tickets became increasingly difficult to get, causing the idea to expand the network to a wider audience than friends and family only. We were scammed
We purchased 6 tickets - 2 tickets per day, for 3 days - at Roland Garros 2023. We selected seats, indicated section desired, in Phillipe Chaterie. We did not receive the purchased tickets until the night before each day, and they were GATE PASSES! Not reserved seats as paid for. We were scammed, did NOT receive what we paid for. Never again!

Hi,
Sorry to hear this wasn't what you expected. Tennis Ticket Service sells different ticket types for Court Philippe-Chatrier: a reserved seat in a specific category and section is a different product from grounds access, which doesn't guarantee a seat inside the court itself. If what you received didn't match what you ordered, that should have been caught and corrected before the event, not discovered the night before.
This review is from 2023 and we can't trace the order without more details, but we wanted to respond with something useful rather than leave it unanswered.

Niemals dort bestellen
Kauft auf keinen Fall über diese Plattform. Dort sind Betrüger am Werk. Habe für Roland Garros 5 Tageskarten bestellt und 2 für die Night Session bekommen? Die Antwort war das ist ein Upgrade?? Außerdem sind die Karten mehr als doppelt so teurer wir Normalpreis. Also NIEMALS dort bestellen!

Das hätte so nie passieren dürfen, das ist richtig. Eine gebuchte Tagessitzung, die als "Upgrade" auf eine Abendsitzung dargestellt wird, war kein Upgrade, sondern ein Fehler unsererseits.
Wir haben dies im Nachgang direkt mit dir geklärt und das Geld zurücküberwiesen. Das hat leider deutlich länger gedauert, als es hätte sollen, dafür entschuldigen wir uns ausdrücklich.

Tre punti diversi, quindi li separiamo brevemente.
Sul prezzo: siamo un rivenditore sul mercato secondario, non la biglietteria ufficiale, e i prezzi riflettono la domanda, non una maggiorazione arbitraria.
Sulla certezza dei biglietti: vengono sempre consegnati, anche se a volte solo nei giorni immediatamente precedenti l'evento, soprattutto per le sessioni più richieste.
Sul servizio clienti: se non hai ricevuto risposta a un tuo contatto, ci dispiace, e ci farebbe piacere sapere cosa è successo. Senza numero d'ordine non possiamo verificare il tuo caso specifico, ma restiamo disponibili se vuoi condividerlo.

Koop hier alsjeblieft niets, oplichters zijn het! We kochten dagkaarten voor de buitenbanen, maar tot onze verbazing kregen we deze niet maar kaarten voor de avondwedstrijd,waar je pas vanaf 18:30 binnen komt, onder het mom van een upgrade! Aangezien het de bedoeling was om ‘s avonds terug te rijden hebben we helemaal geen gebruik kunnen maken van de kaarten. Dure en frustrerende ervaring.

Dagkaarten voor de buitenbanen omgeruild voor avondtickets waar je pas vanaf 18:30 binnenkwam, terwijl de planning was om 's avonds al terug te rijden, is geen upgrade. Dat woord past hier niet, en we snappen dat dit voor jullie neerkwam op kaarten die je gewoon niet kon gebruiken.
We kunnen deze review niet aan een bestelling koppelen om te zien wat er precies achter zat. Mocht je dit alsnog willen laten uitzoeken, dan horen we graag je bestelnummer.

La verdad es que estuve muy preocupado porque antes de recibir las entradas me encontré con todas estas opiniones de estafa y todo lo que se comenta en torno a la empresa. Mi opinión es que las entradas nos llegaron a mi y a mi familia 2 días antes de ir a Roland Garros. Ademas, nos dieron mejores entradas de las que habíamos sacado asi que lo único que tengo para decir es que pude cumplir un sueño de ir a Roland Garros y fue gracias a Tennis Ticket Service.

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben….. hier sind Betrüger am Werk!
Wir haben Karten für den ganzen Tag (Roland Garros 2023) gebucht und bezahlt und bekamen am Abend zuvor deutlich billigere Karten für ein Spiel der night Session. Von den AGBs abgedeckt, behauptet der Veranstalter. Tagsüber konnten wir also nicht auf die Anlage und abends hatten wir keine Zeit. Also wertlos. Wir werden uns einen Anwalt nehmen.

Tageskarten, die am Vorabend gegen günstigere Night-Session-Karten getauscht werden, ist kein Upgrade. Das war ein klarer Fehler, wie auch in anderen Fällen aus dieser Zeit.
Diese Erfahrung stammt aus 2023. Seitdem wurde die Geschäftsführung bei uns neu aufgestellt, mit klarem Fokus auf verlässliche Abwicklung statt auf solche Praktiken. Fälle wie dieser sind seither auch spürbar zurückgegangen.
Falls die Angelegenheit noch offen ist, würden wir das gerne direkt klären.

If I could give ZERO star, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are basically SCAMMERS and will not provide you with the service you PAID for. Their terms and conditions are bs and they are not vey responsive. This company should be closed down. Save yourself the aggravation, time, and money.

Kann mich meinen Vorrednern nicht anschließen und hatte wohl Glück.
Wir haben gestern einen tollen Tag in Roland Garros gehabt.
Eine Woche vorher die Ticktes erhalten, sogar mit Upgrade von Mathieu auf Lenglen mit erster Sitzkategorie.
Email Verkehr hatte ich zunächst auch ein mulmiges Gefühl von Anfang an, aber im Nachhinein ist alles perfekt gelaufen!
